Lovely stay here, a lot of breakfast options and you can mix and match what you want. There is also a bar, were we ate because we had a busy day and it was simple but good. The hotel is clean and pretty inside (older style though). The rooms were good and everything we needed was there. The only thing we didn´t like was that our bathroom had a shower curtain... it´s feels really unhygienic.

The Hotel was immaculate, the staff were very attentive, there was a great atmosphere in the bar area, the bar staff were quick to serve every customer that came in, although we didnt have food as we had food before arriving that evening, the food looked delicious. The receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. Jill the duty manager does an excellent job and runs a very tight ship making sure everyone is well looked after. We had breakfast the next morning and the girls were quick to take your order, all of them had big welcoming smiles and very friendly, especially Leah who was looking after us. Excellent Hotel and i would highly recommend staying here. The room was warm, clean and the bed & duvet super cosy ❤️

Väldigt fin miljö. Skön säng och sköna kuddar. Jättetrevlig pub/restaurang på hotellet med god mat och snabb service. Det var tyst och behagligt med fina rustika möbler, både på rummet och övriga hotellmiljön. Frukosten var bra med stora croissanter, goda ostar och mycket god granola.

The staff in the hotel were amazing, from the welcome at reception from Geraldine and Helen, to Theresa and Johnny and team in the bar. The food was great and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommed this hotel.

Hotel about ten minutes out of town. Handy for the Greyhound Stadium. Breakfast choice was excellent. The Irish breakfast was the best option out of the three I had and was very good. Room was spacious. Nice to have a bath option. Staff friendly. Emphasis on the conference facilities did not take away from the accommodation side.

Rooms very comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We really enjoyed our stay here and it’s pretty central if you’re looking to go to Killarney or Dingle for a day. We will definitely be back

Just such an amazing experience, such beautiful rooms, exquisite dining…. Lovely friendly staff. I have never been tempted in my life to rob a bath robe - I resisted!!! The comfiest, soft bathrobes are in the room. I’ll be back. I’d be there tonight but the hotel was booked out fully. Can’t wait to return

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was nicely furnished and decorated, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was of high quality, and the wait staff were extremely helpful and accomodating.

The hotel was classic, refined and charming. Lovely art work, beautiful wood, comfortable with very attentive staff. It was also quiet even though they seemed to serve several tour groups during our stay. A very nice breakfast is included. Tralee itself was a nice town and not far from Dingle. The only quirk I would mention is no towel racks in the bathroom, nor electrical outlets or shampoo and conditioner. But it’s not a deal breaker for this lovely property.

Rooms very comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We really enjoyed our stay here and it’s pretty central if you’re looking to go to Killarney or Dingle for a day. We will definitely be back

This was by far our favorite place to stay in Ireland. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The walk to the shops and pubs was scenic and close by.

Just such an amazing experience, such beautiful rooms, exquisite dining…. Lovely friendly staff. I have never been tempted in my life to rob a bath robe - I resisted!!! The comfiest, soft bathrobes are in the room. I’ll be back. I’d be there tonight but the hotel was booked out fully. Can’t wait to return

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was nicely furnished and decorated, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was of high quality, and the wait staff were extremely helpful and accomodating.

Väldigt fin miljö. Skön säng och sköna kuddar. Jättetrevlig pub/restaurang på hotellet med god mat och snabb service. Det var tyst och behagligt med fina rustika möbler, både på rummet och övriga hotellmiljön. Frukosten var bra med stora croissanter, goda ostar och mycket god granola.

An amazing experience from start to finish and the perfect location in Tralee within walking distance to city centre. Bar service was great with reasonable prices and breakfast was one of the best we have had in Ireland as well. Definitely will be the only hotel we choose for future Tralee and Kerry trips.

This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of little nooks and cranny’s to sit quietly if you wish. The bar was busy and we ate there. The service was very good and the food, exceptional. Breakfast too was very good. Overall, a good experience but at a higher than necessary price. Also, there is no pool at this hotel and no pool next door, as suggested. You have access to a pool but that’s a five min drive away, so maybe they do not need to mention a pool at all. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

We was staying for the first time and loved it. We will be going back there again. Staff was great and could not do enough for you as well as being friendly. The hot breakfast was cooked to order and served to your table. We had lunch there as well very nice hot and lovely staff.
