Bella Vista Hotel & Self Catering Suites

Appartement spacieux. Personnel attentif et aimable. La wifi est tres instable et nous avons dû regulierement aller la faire reactivee a la reception pour nos portables et la télé. Par contre, Netflix a été apprécié, le soir. 3 boutons sur 4 de la plaque electrique etaient cassés et tentés d'être maintenus par des vis qui ne tenaient pas grand chose. Le reste fonctionnait bien. Nous avons regretté quil n'y ait pas une base d'ingrédients (sel, huile, vinaigre...)

Arrived early, but managed to check-in early which was good. Food in the Restaurant was very good highly recommend. Staff friendly and helpful. Room dated and television had no signal but this did not affect our stay. Room clean and bed comfy.

Very small room feels like suffocating

The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room had a great view. The bar was great and the bartender was fun. The bad points were the very uncomfortable beds and the poor temp control. The heaters wouldn’t work the first day and they brought us two portables. The living room was still freezing. By the end of the next day it was far too warm and we couldn’t get it to cool down. It certainly wasn’t a bad stay. I’d definitely try again but not in the winter!
