This hotel is great! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is close to the Reversing River and offers ample free parking, close to major highways and retailers. The breakfast offered a lot of great options and included a make your own pancakes station and turkey sausage for any non-pork eaters. My only suggestion is to offer a make your own waffle station with the same batter as the pancakes for even more options. The coffee bar was great and offered lots of options for people who want to add various flavors to their coffee. They also offered a great tea selection. The beds were comfortable and they gave you multiple pillows so you have the option for soft or hard firmness. There's a great pub next door (access from lower level parking lot) The hotel should approach the pub to set up a delivery similar to room service as it may prove to be mutually beneficial. Overall our group had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Waited 5 minutes before anyone showed ip at the desk for check in/out. I don’t know what that dressing is though vinegar there’s oil in balsamic vinegar isn’t there now sugar in it to make a salad and you’re not getting anything soup should be premade so I thought they should’ve brought that out right away. Don’t even sorry they just had it. They had it run in separately because of this there’s some fresh crack pepper are we all set what’s the two it’s not even a tomato is everything good thank youOnly one luggage cart for the entire hotel which was booked full. Good breakfast and coffee. Convenient location. Very clean and updated modern furnished room.
