For a concert. A brief overnight. Water did not get very hot. Hand held shower head did not work. Bed was way too low to the ground. No room service. Breakfast time not convenient. Would have been better if it was at least to 10am.

This hotel is so nice and clean, VERY CLEAN! Beds are comfortable as well. We stayed in a double queen room with a pull out sofa. It was so big. The pool was nice with table, chairs and umbrella as well as a few chaise loungers. The sundry store had much to choose from including beer and wine. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was the perfect stop on our road trip home from Florida. The woman at check-in was so welcoming and friendly, which really made for a pleasant experience. The beds were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the kids enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in an accessible room. It was huge with a microwave and fridge along with a very large bathroom. The bed was soft and amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was better than a typical hotel breakfast with lots of variety. Our check in as a little abrupt as the staff were dealing with an upset family at the time. The kids swam in the pool, which was clean and had towels. It was an outside pool and a little humid for adults watching the kids but great for the people in the pool. Overall, a nice, safe hotel. I would visit there again.

Nice new Hotel. Could have used some help with the laundry as it was advertised to download an app that didn’t work and ended up needing to get change and use coins in the end, just make it clear that the app is not an working option before customers load money on it. The rooms are nice and new, although some things were poorly put together, for instance the bathroom sliding door handle fell off and almost landed on my young child’s foot. It wasn’t broken, it had just been poorly assembled. All rooms and furniture were new and nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good except the breakfast sandwiches on a croissant were hard like rocks, not sure what happened there. Good Hotel for the price, despite the minor issues. Would stay here again.

We came to Fayetteville for my Aunt's 100th Birthday Party. We had 4 rooms, and they were very clean and roomy. The front desk people took excellent care of us!! We had a good breakfast each day, and the kids loved the pool! We won't hesitate to book rooms with SpringHill Suites for future trips!

The staff, especially front desk on 12/30/24 pm shift were amazing. The AC blows directly on your face in rooms with 2 queens. The refrigerator too warm in both of our rooms. However, the rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. Loved the hotel overall.

Our room was gorgeous with a fresh modern design and restful organic color scheme, It had two very comfortable beds, a new convertible sofa, huge bathroom, and huge walk-in closet. There was absolutely nothing about the room I would change and I could easily have stayed multiple nights.

Spent a nigh with the family on our way home to Georgia. Very nice and comfortable suite. Our family of 6 had enough space for everyone! It is always the best and most calm place to visit in the world! The feeling of happiness and tranquility it brings to the soul is in comparable! The only other place where I feel the same is Madinah!

Excellent place to stay. Greeted at check-in by the friendliest person ever. I’m sorry but didn’t remember her name. Bon-Voy has become our go to hotel to stay at. Very clean and comfortable to stay at and the staff is always polite and professional.

Service was outstanding. Only issue were the door locks to the our first room wouldn't work and the TV in 2nd room didn't work. Third room was the charm and if it wasn't for Ms. Denise and her ability to quickly resolve our issues, we wouldn't have had such a great experience. Building is new, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a huge variety of everything you could ever want for breakfast. Delicious. Happy with our stay for sure.

Arrived at 11:10pm. Systems were down, and the night staff was hostile and rude to us. Ended up waiting a little bit to be checked in. Room was clean, spacious and the breakfast was great! But the nighttime staff was cruel and unprofessional.

New hotel that is beautiful done, clean, and convenient to I95. Staff is excellent. Had reason to work with Angela and Craig because there was a technology upgrade occurring. They were wonderful and an asset to the hotel ….. they could leading on proper service recovery methods.

My 2 night stay here was great! The staff was super courteous, accommodating, and friendly! Upon arrival, after unpacking a few items, i found that my tv was not working (no signal error msg). I contacted front desk and they informed maintenance of the issue and Henry D came to check things out. After several attempts, he was able to make some progress, but it was taking a while to ontain signal due to provider issues. Henry went down to the front desk and arranged for me to be switched to another room right down the hall! He ensured that the tv there was fully functional and helped me get situated in my new accommodations! Henry was very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and respectful! Kudos to him! Excellent service! I will be back soon!

We had another family walk into our room during our stay while undressed. Instead of admitting fault, the attendant made it seem as though I was not supposed to be in that room. I don’t think that Jennifer handled it as it should’ve been she stated she would leave a note for the next day, which she in fact, did not we had to escalate the situation as our privacy was jeopardized.

Easy check in, greeted warmly by Craig. Provided water and our key. Room was very clean and tidy. Shower pressure was perfect. AC was cold! Breakfast was top notch. Will stay there again next year.

Room was spacious and super clean. Area isn’t great but it’s convenient just off the freeway, we drove 5 minutes to the local Ruby Tuesday’s to eat. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were good.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through. The area surrounding the hotel was sketchy in my eyes. Very limited food choices. The room was nice and clean, but the TV was oddly placed. Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast was ok. The turkey sausage was really gross. Everything seemed ok.

Initially we loved the hotel! It is super nice, the room was amazing and everything. Check in was good, staff was nice. The problem came when we went down for breakfast. It was a terrible experience! There was only one person working the breakfast area and the hotel was sold out! The poor employee working the food area was alone, with tons of customers waiting for food constantly and it was ridiculous. The two individuals working the front desk just watched her work with people just standing in line waiting for everything. My husband went over and ended up getting a manager and she basically said they are short staff and that was it. Instead of the staff going over and helping the one employee who was doing everything that was all she had to say. My husband was difficult with her because all of the trash cans were over flowing, no food was coming out and no one would help the woman. The manager did not care. It just put a bad impression on us for the management of the hotel and how they treat their employees.

The hotel is excellent, it is new. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the attention when arriving at night, the people at the front desk were not very friendly. Regarding breakfast it said it was until 9 am. I went down to breakfast at 8:15 and everything was already over, I was waiting for a while to see if they would restock because as I said it wasn't until 9:00 am. But it didn't happen like that, even the coffee had run out and they didn't replenish it either. That was terrible because there was chaos and many people went without breakfast.

Of course being a brand new hotel, everything was wonderful. Minor hiccup- we realized when we got our cab of beer out of the fridge & it was warm, the fridge either wasn’t working or wasn’t plugged in. Breakfast the first day was like watching a train wreck. More due to ignorant guests, not Tabitha, who was running the breakfast. It was here first day, it was explained to us that the other person abruptly quit & the one who was to train Tabitha never showed up. She handled all theese little fires like a trooper- never got flustered or upset. There is so much more to explain about that morning & breakfast, but being I write like I talk- there is no room. So 1) It almost seemed as though Tabitha was set up to fail, 2) front desk should have checked up on her long before it got out the f hand- yes they are busy, but pull someone from housekeeping then. That being said breakfast ends sharply on the hour- you do not have Tabitha bring out a new hot batch to f bacon at 10 of 9 because it is gone, you explained that breakfast is the ver for n 10 minutes & point out what is available. We talked with Tabitha later after breakfast. I she is not only tenacious, but a hard worker as well. She should get a new years bonus!

Our stay was 5 star from start to finish. We didnt arrive until after midnight and our room was ready and waiting. The included "hot" breakfast was also great with HUGE selection. There was something for everyone.

We found the room very clean. Great use of space, especially the bathroom. The staff at the front desk during check-in and check-out were very pleasant and professional. The free breakfast was excellent. Fully stocked with a variety of food choices and drink options. Also, very clean. The price was within our budget. We were pleasantly surprised and will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Easy check in, greeted warmly by Craig. Provided water and our key. Room was very clean and tidy. Shower pressure was perfect. AC was cold! Breakfast was top notch. Will stay there again next year.

This was an excellent stay. Great friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice lobby. Great breakfast selection that was kept full and clean as people ate so even though there were many guests, nothing ever lacked. The room was beautiful and clean and Spacious. Big fridge. Big beds and beautiful trundle bed. Nice seperation in the roo. Overall amazing

This place was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating up to six people. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was lovely with fresh coffee. The staff were great, and I really appreciated that they waited a few minutes past the 9 AM closing time for breakfast. Finding parking was a breeze too – the parking lot was safe, clean, and conveniently located right off the 95 highway, making it super easy to get back on the road.
