This was a great place to stay. I always read reviews before booking a room, and the reviews for this room were accurate. It was clean, comfortable, and the front desk staff was great. From the moment we walked in, someone was cleaning. The pool was beautiful, clean, and my kids loved it. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast…nothing to brag about, but not terrible. I wish they had regular brewed coffee instead of instant, but since everything else was nice, so no complaints. Thank you for a great stay!

The room layout is kinda small.. and the sink is outside the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable and clean. The room phone was dirty and outdated. The mini fridge rattled a lot and the hallways needs updating. The elevator was a little nerve racking as well.

Main reason we choose this hotel was because of the pool as we had children and they were looking forward to it!! Asked for some adjustment to my charges as we stayed there Wednesday thru Friday and was given nothing. Won't be staying here again!!

The room wasn't totally cleaned. I found a bottle of opened water and a candy bar sitting in the chair which looked like someone spilled something on it. I found the downs blanket (without a cover...just the white part) was dirty. The pool area was cold. The pool itself had bugs floating in it. I skimmed the pool myself!!!

The first night of our stay heat/air did not work. But management promptly got us another room. 2nd night of our stay the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor and had to take the stairs. However the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.Will not stay at this one again.

Our room was very nice. however the TV was missing the cable box. We were offered a different room to make up for the TV, but we were fine staying in that one. One big disappointment, the website says they have a hot tub. Not any longer. We were staying there in order to attend the fire fest at Eaton County Fairgrounds, and it was extremely cold. Hot Tub would have been amazing. please update this. other then that, the price was very reasonable, the room was great, the pool was great!

The property was clean and tidy. 3rd floor and elevator were helpful. Motorcycles are safe and secure. Iwould stay here again. Not a whole lot of places I felt comfortable with around Lansing but I found this to be really better than expected

The room wasn't very clean. Alot of stains on the bedding, lamp shade, walls, mirrors, the bathroom door handle was broke. The microwave barely warmed anything, the fridge didnt keep anything cold. But the place overall wasn't horrible. It was nice just had some small issues with the cleaning of the room. Was quiet, easy parking. Breakfast wasn't worth getting up for. Very minimal put into it.

This hotel has really gotten terrible from a few years ago. There was trash laying all over the parking lot, out bedding had stains and blood on the sheets when we notified the front desk the response was poor saying housekeeping was gone for the day and we would have to wait until the morning to have our sheets changed and we had to tell them that was not a option and to bring us the sheets for us to make the bed ourselves because it was where my children were sleeping. Also there was a hornets nest under the picnic table and my wife was stung over 10 times and the front desk never asked if she was ok or if there was anything they could do. I requested to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on duty and they relay my concerns and have them reach out to me which never happened. I did file a complaint with the corporate office. The hotel needs major updates and a good cleaning the building smelled like mold.

The price is right and they have all the amenities avaliable but the rooms were actually smelly and the bedding was stained, not bad in the sheets, more on pillow cases and duvet. Carpet was horrendous....hotel was also unsanitary and doesn't seem to have clean halls or anything.

I stayed in the odd side of the 300’s. The thicker blinds do not shut all the way. So the parking lot lights shined in all night, so that was kind of inconvenient.

Clean room-recent updates. The bed was clean and comfy. Bath was spacious and clean. There was a lot noise from upstair and outside doors banging shut...highway traffic noise as well. With the aid of ear plugs I slept fine.

The staff were friendly and responsive, but the closet door was broken, the room design was poor with the sink in the room not the bathroom which bothered my spouse trying to sleep, there was no towel bar in the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose, the toilet paper was paper thin. The price was way too much for the conditions. Very disappointed.

This hotel is basic. I would NOT recommend to stay here if you are attending an event for MSU because it is a very far drive. The bathroom is half in the entry hallway and half in a closet -sized room.

just right for our MSU family weekend visit. price was just right given surge pricing at other hotels closer to MSU. it was only 12-14 min from campus. it’s not the Ritz but it’s not a fleabag motel. pool, free breakfast. and fair pricing.

This hotel is basic. I would NOT recommend to stay here if you are attending an event for MSU because it is a very far drive. The bathroom is half in the entry hallway and half in a closet -sized room.

This was a great place to stay. I always read reviews before booking a room, and the reviews for this room were accurate. It was clean, comfortable, and the front desk staff was great. From the moment we walked in, someone was cleaning. The pool was beautiful, clean, and my kids loved it. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast…nothing to brag about, but not terrible. I wish they had regular brewed coffee instead of instant, but since everything else was nice, so no complaints. Thank you for a great stay!

The room wasn't very clean. Alot of stains on the bedding, lamp shade, walls, mirrors, the bathroom door handle was broke. The microwave barely warmed anything, the fridge didnt keep anything cold. But the place overall wasn't horrible. It was nice just had some small issues with the cleaning of the room. Was quiet, easy parking. Breakfast wasn't worth getting up for. Very minimal put into it.

The property was close to our activities. Check in was friendly. The sink drain was VERY slow draining. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were only half full. Not replaced after previous guest. Breakfast was not replaced when hot food ran out.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong mildew smell, making it uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. When I politely asked the front desk if I could be moved to another room, the young lady responded with an attitude instead of offering to help. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, she handed me a can of household spray and suggested I use that in the room. That is not an acceptable solution or the level of customer service I expect from any hotel. A guest should never be expected to cover up a mildew odor with air freshener instead of being offered a clean, suitable room. The lack of professionalism and concern for guest satisfaction was very disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

The property looks nice, cozy, but the dinning room needs to be really clean up and the chairs need to go. Staff was great, friendly and helpful, specially Mr. Jose. The room was perfect, we stayed for 4 nights and we felt very confortable.

Throw up on the drapes, cracked window, dirt, oil on the sheets. Move to another room. But, that room was just a bad. Would not recommend anybody going there.
