Comfort Inn & Suites Dimondale - Lansing

Both beds had stains on the comforters and long hairs on the sheets when we asked for new linen they only had sheets to give us so we slept with no comforters.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, the lock in our door , the one that flips over was broken and sometimes the door was very hard to shut and open, but other than that ok, had I been staying alone , I would have asked to switch rooms because of the lock. The buffet was very good. Overall very good experience.

The hotel room was clean, but lacking usb outlets, so bring your jack for a regular wall outlet. Also the continental breakfast was low on some food when we arrived right before 9 am. They had run out of eggs and we were told it would be 30 minutes before the next batch would be ready. It was a busy weekend as there was a festival nearby. Amounts and time management with food may need to be adjusted when the hotel is busy.

Pool area is really run down with mold in the wood. Pool looks dirty on the sides and has broken trim. The pictures on website make it look really nice, its really worn down.

No hot tub. Breakfast food looked like it wasnt even food. Mold growing in the individual wrapped coffee cups.
