Tolles Hotel. Gute Lage. Service OK. Allerdings können nicht alle Mitarbeiter im Frühstücks Bereich Deutsch. Englisch geht allerdings. Parkgarage kostet €25. Wäre nett wenn es auch vorher so angegeben wird. Gym und Sauna Bereich am Samstag um 8h Abends leider geschlossen.

Ausführlicher und freundlicher Check-In, aber ohne Extras. Geräumige Tiefgarage, die bei uns im Zimmerpreis inkludiert war. Zimmer war gemütlich, hell und mit Teppichboden eingerichtet. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und Teebeutel mit Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Das bereitgestellte Wasser sollte 4 Euro kosten. Das ist nicht zeitgemäß, ob nun Member oder nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist so ausgeführt, dass man die Temperatur um 3 Grad erhöhen oder senken kann. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl, hochwertigen Zutaten und Überraschungen (z.B. Koch für Omelettes)! Für ein in der Rate inkludiertes Frühstücksbuffet musste ich jedoch noch nie am Frühstückstresen unterschreiben.

Sehr schönes Hotel, top Service, sehr freundlich. Einzig die Lage an der Straße, kein Balkon sowie die Entfernung zur Innenstadt waren ein kleiner Nachteil. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gute gefallen. Saune und Dampfbad waren ebenfalls gut.

The hotel is good and well kept but price is too high for the overall service. Front desk staff is very friendly. Parking and breakfast is very good but also at the upper end of the price scale. The bar team may need to work on the customer experience. A little more attention towards customers could help there.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great service at the lobby lounge and the room was spacious and clean. The only areas could have been better is the water pressure for the shower and blackout curtains. Will definitely return in the future :)!

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, mit freundlichem Rezeptionspersonal. Leider habe ich einen kleinen Aufpreis für ein Deluxe Zimmer bezahlt, das nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare und eine Zimmerkarte des vorherigen Gastes am Boden und der fixe Duschgelspender in der Dusche war leer. Von so einem Hotel erwarte ich mir mehr, erst recht wenn ich noch einen Aufpreis bezahle.

This property is a bit far from conveniences, such as dining and shopping. It is just what you expect from a Courtyard Marriott. Clean, but nothing that stands out as special. It was fine for a couple nights.

Zimmer sind sauber und mit dem Kingsize Bett seihe gut zu schlafen. Alles da was man benötigt. Wenn Zimmer zur Straße, dann ist es nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich zu schlafen. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Beim Frühstück ( alles da was man braucht) gäbe es aber in Punkto Aufmerksamkeit des Personal Luft nach oben. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.😀👍

It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower.. oh lord. the water pressure is so weak and does not allow you to push it past the basic pressure. The design of the tub meant that water spills out if you move out the way. It is very frustrating to experience, as a nice calming shower is a huge part of my relaxing routine after a long day of work/travel. I will likely be hesitant to book Courtyard as I notice this pillow and shower issue is common amongst their hotels.

Zimmer sind sauber und mit dem Kingsize Bett seihe gut zu schlafen. Alles da was man benötigt. Wenn Zimmer zur Straße, dann ist es nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich zu schlafen. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Beim Frühstück ( alles da was man braucht) gäbe es aber in Punkto Aufmerksamkeit des Personal Luft nach oben. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.😀👍

Ausführlicher und freundlicher Check-In, aber ohne Extras. Geräumige Tiefgarage, die bei uns im Zimmerpreis inkludiert war. Zimmer war gemütlich, hell und mit Teppichboden eingerichtet. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und Teebeutel mit Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Das bereitgestellte Wasser sollte 4 Euro kosten. Das ist nicht zeitgemäß, ob nun Member oder nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist so ausgeführt, dass man die Temperatur um 3 Grad erhöhen oder senken kann. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl, hochwertigen Zutaten und Überraschungen (z.B. The hotel is good and well kept but price is too high for the overall service. Front desk staff is very friendly. Parking and breakfast is very good but also at the upper end of the price scale. The bar team may need to work on the customer experience. A little more attention towards customers could help there.

We arrived early and were told our room would be ready at 12:30 pm, so we checked our luggage and went out. When we returned at 1 pm we were told it would be another 5 minutes; 10 minutes later they said another 20 minutes. If they had been upfront from the get-go we would have planned accordingly. We splurged on the Presidential Suite and it is lovely. However, while there is a large dining table and lots of glasses, there were no plates or silverware! And there were food scraps from the previous guest under the table. The refrigerator was welcome, but we would have liked a microwave as well. Finally, the hotel web site lists “laundry facilities” which sounds like guests would be able to do their own laundry, but it was the usual costly practice of having the hotel do the laundry.

Todo estuvo bien, hicieron un bloqueo a mi tarjeta por 1,394 pesos por si había cargos extras pero no ocupamos nada. Incluía el desayuno mi reserva. Al hacer el checo out les dije de mi depósito y me dijeron que era sábado y que el lunes lo hacían y es martes y no me han devuelto mis $1,394 pesos . Ojalá puedan ayudarme a la devolución Gracias

Sehr schönes Hotel, top Service, sehr freundlich. Einzig die Lage an der Straße, kein Balkon sowie die Entfernung zur Innenstadt waren ein kleiner Nachteil. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gute gefallen. Saune und Dampfbad waren ebenfalls gut.

Ganz nett bis auf die Tatsache dass im Frühstücksraum 2/3 der Plätze vorreserviert waren und wir als Hotelgäste an einem weniger akzeptablen Platz gesetzt wurden.

I have been in many Marriott hotels, but this one was disappointingly under many aspects. First of all, at the check-in they pretend a deposit of 75 € that is mentioned nowhere between the house rules or the booking information, I have double checked what they indicate here in Expedia an also in the other booking platforms, and this detail is always omitted. Usually the hotels informs prior the arrival if a deposit is requested, its amount and the accepted methods of payment: is a clear lack of transparency from hotel management. Moreover, they said that it was unblocked at the check-out but bank has not confirmed yet, and I'm still waiting to have it back. Second: the room was booked for three people: 2 adults and a 4 years old kid, but evidently they didn't take care of this information and the assigned room was without enough sets of towels for all of us. The cleanliness was also another negative point.. since the arrival walking barefoot I felt that the moquette was full of dust and crumbs. They advertise themselves as luxury and near Ars Electronica Center, but they are honestly far from both things. But the the straw that breaks the camel's back has been the incorrect application of the city tax: they charged me 2,40 € per night for all of us, ignoring that guests aged 14 and under are exempt Linz city tax . Guests here are just cows to milk.
