Hotel Maximilian - Stadthaus Penz

It was AMAZING! Everything. The location , the building, the room, the cleaning, the breakfast…everything was more than perfect. And especially the people that work there. Everyone in the reception (especially Kim - we love you!) and the cleaning young ladies. There are no words to describe what we feel. Thank you so much for those days with you. See you soon again!

The location in the Old City, staff knowledge and assistance, the clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfasts cannot be beat for the price and accomadations!

Egal in welcher Beziehung eine fantastische Absteige für Innsbruck! Die Lage ist direkt im Kern der Altstadt, wodurch man in zwei bis fünf Minuten an sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Der Bahnhof sowie die Seilbahn zum Skifahren (Nordketten) sind zu Fuß in zehn Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffett bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Früchten, Müslis sowie Kuchen. In meinem ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Temperatursteuerung nicht richtig. Woraufhin ich direkt ein neues Zimmer bekam. Aus meiner Sicht gab es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

I would certainly recommend the Maximilian hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck. The location of the hotel is perfect with only a walk round the corner for tram and bus stops and two minutes the other way takes you to the Old Town. Staff at reception were excellent and when we asked for a kettle in the room they obliged straight away they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff were spot on cleaning the room and changing towels daily. Staff at breakfast were also very attentive especially Anastasia who welcomed us each morning with a beautiful smile. If we ever return to Innsbruck we will definitely stay at the Maximilian again.
