Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, konnten bei früher Anreise noch das Frühstück in Anspruch nehmen! Auch das Design des Zimmers und der ganzen Anlage war überwältigend! Halbpension sehr zum empfehlen, die Essensvielfalt lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und es gibt auch jeden Abend Live-Musik neben einem der Pools um den Tag schön ausklingen zu lassen.

Lovely property with large clean rooms - very quiet at night and comfy beds. The pools and sea are stunning. While the front desk staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the restaurant staff less so and little heed was paid to the growing piles of glasses and cups that piled up around the pool area. Perhaps most importantly, they need to pay more attention to safety issues, in particular the slippery steps that go into the sea. I took a terrible fall my first day and 9 days later I’m still in pain. It’s also in the middle of nowhere so be warned you will spend a lot on cabs. Overall I’d recommend but with an asterisk.

Ich kann jedem Paar einen Urlaub im Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir haben im neuen Bereich übernachtet. Gebaut 2019. Absolut neu, top eingerichtet, schlicht, aber absolut mein Geschmack. Dusche und Badewanne sind offen im Zimmer. Lage sehr ruhig dort. Mietwagen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Man kann gut entspannen. Poolbar ja, aber auch sehr gediegen und ruhig. Wer Party und Unterhaltung möchte ist hier falsch. Leichte Hintergrundmusik sind ideal zum Ankommen im Urlaub. Das Personal ist überall phantastisch. Sehr aufmerksam. Freundlich. Egal ob der Barkeeper, der Allrounder Vasilis oder Penelope im Restaurant. Alle sind sehr natürlich und unterstützen gerne auch bei Fragen. Das Restaurant ist über eine kleine Straße erreichbar. Kein Problem und keine Entfernung. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl - immer frische Früchte, Eierspeisen (Omelette wird frisch zubereitet vor deinen Augen), dann abwechselnd Crepe, Pancakes oder ähnliches. Müsli, Käse, Wurst etc. sind täglich am Buffet. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Würden wir immer wieder so machen. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen am Abend. Gute Qualität. Ab und an mal etwas nachsalzen. Danach dann den Abend in der Bar mit Blick aufs Meer ausklingen lassen. Getränkeauswahl und Preise sind o.k. Meer ist hier sehr steinig. Reinkommen ist etwas schwieriger, aber durch Treppe vom Hotel aus gut machbar. Diskutieren kann man ob es ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel ist. Aber immer wieder gerne. Wir kommen wieder!

Eviter les massages au niveau du Spa: fait par des jeunes amateurs confondant massage avec application d'une crème de bronzage. Pas de bouteille de bienvenue comme prévu. Eviter le bar côté jardin: personnel absent et interim fait par les hôtesses à l'accueil , souvent désagréables, car n'étant pas leur travail.

Struttura nuova. Attrezzata bene e con un'offerta di servizi di livello. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Cucina molto buona (forse un po' carente nell'offerta di piatti greci) e decisamente straordinaria la qualità e l'offerta del ristorante Elaia. Qui si può assaporare una cucina vegana di altissimo livello con una cura maniacale nella preparazione e e nella presentazione dei piatti che soddisfa anche chi vegano non è. Ottimo anche il Sea Bar per la pausa pranzo grazie anche al personale. In generale anche una buona cantina e ottima l'offerta dei cocktail per l'aperitivo o il dopocena. La camera scelta era una junior suite con piscina privata e mai scelta è stata più azzeccata. La piscina privata si è rivelata un vero lusso della vacanza. In conclusione una vacanza straordinaria.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Tsamis Zante Suits war hervorragend. Das Personal und der Service war top. Vor allem der Fahrer Vasili und das Personal an der Rezeption. Jeder Wunsch wurde ohne weiteren Widerspruch versucht zu erfüllen. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar abgelegen,jedoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in z.B. Tsivili Die Poolanlage war ein Traum. Jedoch waren hier etwas zu wenige Schattenplätze, was wir als einzigen Mangel während unseres Aufenthaltes gesehen haben. An den hängenden Betten wären dafür noch genug Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Das ändert jedoch nichts an der Bewertung.

Tsamis Zante hotel was magnificent and their staff incredible. The staff was cordial, attentive, sweet kind and polite. The hotel our room were super clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. If I can give more stars to Tsamis I would give infinity. Also booked a deep tissue massage which the masseuse nailed the amount of pressure I wanted. I was thrilled to stay at Tsamis. Can’t wait to go back.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Tsamis Zante Suites! Parken: Das Parken kann manchmal ein wenig schwierig sein -je nach Auslastung - Wir hatten aber immer Glück und einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen ( Der u.E. definitiv gebraucht wird auf Zakynthos ) Hotel & Zimmer: - Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und auf Wunsch gab es täglich neue Handtücher. - Die Anlage ist sehr schön eingerichtet ( Der neue wie der ältere Teil ) - Direkter Zugang zum Meer mit Himmelbetten und Liegen! Für diejenigen, die empfindliche Füße haben empfehlen wir Wasserschuhe, da es sich um einen Kiesstrand handelt. Sehr schöne Möglichkeit zum Schnorcheln!!! - Pools groß, sauber und ruhig! Essen: - Es gab ein großes Frühstücks und Abendsbuffett ( Wir hatten Halbpension ) Da ist sicherlich für jeden etwas dabei! Abends gab es auch immer zwei bis drei Tellergerichte die individuell angerichtet wurden! Neben dem Kura Restaurant ( Buffett ) bestand die Möglichkeit das Veganer Restaurant nach Reservierung zu probieren (kostenlos). Es war praktisch ein 4 Gänge Menu. Man wählt ein Starter/ Salat / MainDish und Dessert. Wir haben das zwei Mal probiert und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Personal: Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. In Summe 10 wunderbare Tage! Vielen Dank!

Fantastic service, fantastic facillities. The Hotel is spot on. We was staying in 8 nights, it was great. The only reason to is not 5/5 and 4/5 is because of the food. Not much variation and same breakfast and dinner…

This property is very nice. Expansive, several pools, good breakfast and excellent staff. It is very remote so make sure you have GPS ready to find it, but it is also just 2.5 km from the town of Tsilivi, which we went to for dinner every night.

The hotel is not as what it looks like in the picture and people post on social media. The front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. The lady takes charge of the dining room was so mean to us, maybe because we are asians. The room wasn't super clean, there are some huge ants coming into the room. The hotel condition needs to be improved too. It does not like it is in a good condition. Very disappointed stay.

Nice hotel with modern look. Nice food especially the vegan restaurant which is included in the halfboard. Sadly the room cleaning wasn't perfect towels missing, missed to clean etc. The waiters were all very friendly.

Non merita 5 stelle. Non merita quanto abbiamo speso. Ci hanno consegnato due camere con il pavimento bagnato all’arrivo. Doccia con problemi di scarico. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il rifacimento delle stanze perché di erano dimenticati di pulire. Personale senza attenzione ai clienti. Spa non funzionante. E’ un buon hotel ma sicuramente non vale quanto speso. Deve gare molta strada per diventare 5 stelle

Parken: Das Parken kann manchmal ein wenig schwierig sein -je nach Auslastung - Wir hatten aber immer Glück und einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen ( Der u.E. definitiv gebraucht wird auf Zakynthos ) Hotel & Zimmer: - Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und auf Wunsch gab es täglich neue Handtücher. - Die Anlage ist sehr schön eingerichtet ( Der neue wie der ältere Teil ) - Direkter Zugang zum Meer mit Himmelbetten und Liegen! Für diejenigen, die empfindliche Füße haben empfehlen wir Wasserschuhe, da es sich um einen Kiesstrand handelt. Sehr schöne Möglichkeit zum Schnorcheln!!! - Pools groß, sauber und ruhig! Essen: - Es gab ein großes Frühstücks und Abendsbuffett ( Wir hatten Halbpension ) Da ist sicherlich für jeden etwas dabei! Abends gab es auch immer zwei bis drei Tellergerichte die individuell angerichtet wurden! Neben dem Kura Restaurant ( Buffett ) bestand die Möglichkeit das Veganer Restaurant nach Reservierung zu probieren (kostenlos). Es war praktisch ein 4 Gänge Menu. Man wählt ein Starter/ Salat / MainDish und Dessert. Wir haben das zwei Mal probiert und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Personal: Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. In Summe 10 wunderbare Tage! Vielen Dank!

Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, konnten bei früher Anreise noch das Frühstück in Anspruch nehmen! Auch das Design des Zimmers und der ganzen Anlage war überwältigend! Halbpension sehr zum empfehlen, die Essensvielfalt lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und es gibt auch jeden Abend Live-Musik neben einem der Pools um den Tag schön ausklingen zu lassen.

Lovely property with large clean rooms - very quiet at night and comfy beds. The pools and sea are stunning. While the front desk staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the restaurant staff less so and little heed was paid to the growing piles of glasses and cups that piled up around the pool area. Perhaps most importantly, they need to pay more attention to safety issues, in particular the slippery steps that go into the sea. I took a terrible fall my first day and 9 days later I’m still in pain. It’s also in the middle of nowhere so be warned you will spend a lot on cabs. Overall I’d recommend but with an asterisk.

Ich kann jedem Paar einen Urlaub im Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir haben im neuen Bereich übernachtet. Gebaut 2019. Absolut neu, top eingerichtet, schlicht, aber absolut mein Geschmack. Dusche und Badewanne sind offen im Zimmer. Lage sehr ruhig dort. Mietwagen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Man kann gut entspannen. Poolbar ja, aber auch sehr gediegen und ruhig. Wer Party und Unterhaltung möchte ist hier falsch. Leichte Hintergrundmusik sind ideal zum Ankommen im Urlaub. Das Personal ist überall phantastisch. Sehr aufmerksam. Freundlich. Egal ob der Barkeeper, der Allrounder Vasilis oder Penelope im Restaurant. Alle sind sehr natürlich und unterstützen gerne auch bei Fragen. Das Restaurant ist über eine kleine Straße erreichbar. Kein Problem und keine Entfernung. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl - immer frische Früchte, Eierspeisen (Omelette wird frisch zubereitet vor deinen Augen), dann abwechselnd Crepe, Pancakes oder ähnliches. Struttura nuova. Attrezzata bene e con un'offerta di servizi di livello. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Cucina molto buona (forse un po' carente nell'offerta di piatti greci) e decisamente straordinaria la qualità e l'offerta del ristorante Elaia. Qui si può assaporare una cucina vegana di altissimo livello con una cura maniacale nella preparazione e e nella presentazione dei piatti che soddisfa anche chi vegano non è. Ottimo anche il Sea Bar per la pausa pranzo grazie anche al personale. In generale anche una buona cantina e ottima l'offerta dei cocktail per l'aperitivo o il dopocena. La camera scelta era una junior suite con piscina privata e mai scelta è stata più azzeccata. La piscina privata si è rivelata un vero lusso della vacanza. In conclusione una vacanza straordinaria.

Non merita 5 stelle. Non merita quanto abbiamo speso. Ci hanno consegnato due camere con il pavimento bagnato all’arrivo. Doccia con problemi di scarico. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il rifacimento delle stanze perché di erano dimenticati di pulire. Personale senza attenzione ai clienti. Spa non funzionante. E’ un buon hotel ma sicuramente non vale quanto speso. Deve gare molta strada per diventare 5 stelle

The hotel is not as what it looks like in the picture and people post on social media. The front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. The lady takes charge of the dining room was so mean to us, maybe because we are asians. The room wasn't super clean, there are some huge ants coming into the room. The hotel condition needs to be improved too. It does not like it is in a good condition. Very disappointed stay.

Eviter les massages au niveau du Spa: fait par des jeunes amateurs confondant massage avec application d'une crème de bronzage. Pas de bouteille de bienvenue comme prévu. Eviter le bar côté jardin: personnel absent et interim fait par les hôtesses à l'accueil , souvent désagréables, car n'étant pas leur travail.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Tsamis Zante Suits war hervorragend. Das Personal und der Service war top. Vor allem der Fahrer Vasili und das Personal an der Rezeption. Jeder Wunsch wurde ohne weiteren Widerspruch versucht zu erfüllen. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar abgelegen,jedoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in z.B. Tsivili Die Poolanlage war ein Traum. Jedoch waren hier etwas zu wenige Schattenplätze, was wir als einzigen Mangel während unseres Aufenthaltes gesehen haben. An den hängenden Betten wären dafür noch genug Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Das ändert jedoch nichts an der Bewertung.

Tsamis Zante hotel was magnificent and their staff incredible. The staff was cordial, attentive, sweet kind and polite. The hotel our room were super clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. If I can give more stars to Tsamis I would give infinity. Also booked a deep tissue massage which the masseuse nailed the amount of pressure I wanted. I was thrilled to stay at Tsamis. Can’t wait to go back.

Exceptional property the staff Kosta vasili vasiliki and angela at reception bar staff all went over way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we were taken care of. Breakfast Buffett was fantastic had a wide variety of options great location on the sea and in a quieter area however still close enough to cab into the larger cities. I would absolutely and highly recommend to stay at this property and would definitely return.

This property is very nice. Expansive, several pools, good breakfast and excellent staff. It is very remote so make sure you have GPS ready to find it, but it is also just 2.5 km from the town of Tsilivi, which we went to for dinner every night.

Frühstück mit guter Auswahl - immer frische Früchte, Eierspeisen (Omelette wird frisch zubereitet vor deinen Augen), dann abwechselnd Crepe, Pancakes oder ähnliches. Müsli, Käse, Wurst etc. sind täglich am Buffet. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Würden wir immer wieder so machen. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Essen am Abend. Gute Qualität. Ab und an mal etwas nachsalzen. Danach dann den Abend in der Bar mit Blick aufs Meer ausklingen lassen. Getränkeauswahl und Preise sind o.k. Meer ist hier sehr steinig. Reinkommen ist etwas schwieriger, aber durch Treppe vom Hotel aus gut machbar. Diskutieren kann man ob es ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel ist. Aber immer wieder gerne. Wir kommen wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Tsamis Zante Suits war hervorragend. Das Personal und der Service war top. Vor allem der Fahrer Vasili und das Personal an der Rezeption. Jeder Wunsch wurde ohne weiteren Widerspruch versucht zu erfüllen. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar abgelegen,jedoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in z.B. Tsivili Die Poolanlage war ein Traum. Jedoch waren hier etwas zu wenige Schattenplätze, was wir als einzigen Mangel während unseres Aufenthaltes gesehen haben. An den hängenden Betten wären dafür noch genug Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Das ändert jedoch nichts an der Bewertung.

Exceptional property the staff Kosta vasili vasiliki and angela at reception bar staff all went over way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we were taken care of. Breakfast Buffett was fantastic had a wide variety of options great location on the sea and in a quieter area however still close enough to cab into the larger cities. I would absolutely and highly recommend to stay at this property and would definitely return.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Tsamis Zante Suites! Parken: Das Parken kann manchmal ein wenig schwierig sein -je nach Auslastung - Wir hatten aber immer Glück und einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen ( Der u.E. definitiv gebraucht wird auf Zakynthos ) Hotel & Zimmer: - Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und auf Wunsch gab es täglich neue Handtücher. - Die Anlage ist sehr schön eingerichtet ( Der neue wie der ältere Teil ) - Direkter Zugang zum Meer mit Himmelbetten und Liegen! Für diejenigen, die empfindliche Füße haben empfehlen wir Wasserschuhe, da es sich um einen Kiesstrand handelt. Sehr schöne Möglichkeit zum Schnorcheln!!! - Pools groß, sauber und ruhig! Essen: - Es gab ein großes Frühstücks und Abendsbuffett ( Wir hatten Halbpension ) Da ist sicherlich für jeden etwas dabei! Abends gab es auch immer zwei bis drei Tellergerichte die individuell angerichtet wurden! Neben dem Kura Restaurant ( Buffett ) bestand die Möglichkeit das Veganer Restaurant nach Reservierung zu probieren (kostenlos). Es war praktisch ein 4 Gänge Menu. Man wählt ein Starter/ Salat / MainDish und Dessert. Wir haben das zwei Mal probiert und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Personal: Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. This property is very nice. Expansive, several pools, good breakfast and excellent staff. It is very remote so make sure you have GPS ready to find it, but it is also just 2.5 km from the town of Tsilivi, which we went to for dinner every night.

Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, konnten bei früher Anreise noch das Frühstück in Anspruch nehmen! Auch das Design des Zimmers und der ganzen Anlage war überwältigend! Halbpension sehr zum empfehlen, die Essensvielfalt lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und es gibt auch jeden Abend Live-Musik neben einem der Pools um den Tag schön ausklingen zu lassen.

Ich kann jedem Paar einen Urlaub im Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir haben im neuen Bereich übernachtet. Gebaut 2019. Absolut neu, top eingerichtet, schlicht, aber absolut mein Geschmack. Dusche und Badewanne sind offen im Zimmer. Lage sehr ruhig dort. Mietwagen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Man kann gut entspannen. Poolbar ja, aber auch sehr gediegen und ruhig. Wer Party und Unterhaltung möchte ist hier falsch. Leichte Hintergrundmusik sind ideal zum Ankommen im Urlaub. Das Personal ist überall phantastisch. Sehr aufmerksam. Freundlich. Struttura nuova. Attrezzata bene e con un'offerta di servizi di livello. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Cucina molto buona (forse un po' carente nell'offerta di piatti greci) e decisamente straordinaria la qualità e l'offerta del ristorante Elaia. Qui si può assaporare una cucina vegana di altissimo livello con una cura maniacale nella preparazione e e nella presentazione dei piatti che soddisfa anche chi vegano non è. Ottimo anche il Sea Bar per la pausa pranzo grazie anche al personale. In generale anche una buona cantina e ottima l'offerta dei cocktail per l'aperitivo o il dopocena. La camera scelta era una junior suite con piscina privata e mai scelta è stata più azzeccata. La piscina privata si è rivelata un vero lusso della vacanza. In conclusione una vacanza straordinaria.

Nice hotel with modern look. Nice food especially the vegan restaurant which is included in the halfboard. Sadly the room cleaning wasn't perfect towels missing, missed to clean etc. The waiters were all very friendly.

Tsamis Zante hotel was magnificent and their staff incredible. The staff was cordial, attentive, sweet kind and polite. The hotel our room were super clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. If I can give more stars to Tsamis I would give infinity. Also booked a deep tissue massage which the masseuse nailed the amount of pressure I wanted. I was thrilled to stay at Tsamis. Can’t wait to go back.

Ein wunderschönes 5 Sterne Hotel, mit durchwegs herzlichen und freundlichen Mitarbeiern. Kulinarisch war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und sehr abwechslungsreich. Mich persönlich hat die musikalische , etwas zu laute Dauerbeschallung ( trotz schöner Musik) , angefangen frühmorgens zum Frühstück bis abends zum Abendessen, sehr gestört.

Fantastic service, fantastic facillities. The Hotel is spot on. We was staying in 8 nights, it was great. The only reason to is not 5/5 and 4/5 is because of the food. Not much variation and same breakfast and dinner…

The hotel is not as what it looks like in the picture and people post on social media. The front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. The lady takes charge of the dining room was so mean to us, maybe because we are asians. The room wasn't super clean, there are some huge ants coming into the room. The hotel condition needs to be improved too. It does not like it is in a good condition. Very disappointed stay.

Lovely property with large clean rooms - very quiet at night and comfy beds. The pools and sea are stunning. While the front desk staff are all extremely professional and helpful, the restaurant staff less so and little heed was paid to the growing piles of glasses and cups that piled up around the pool area. Perhaps most importantly, they need to pay more attention to safety issues, in particular the slippery steps that go into the sea. I took a terrible fall my first day and 9 days later I’m still in pain. It’s also in the middle of nowhere so be warned you will spend a lot on cabs. Overall I’d recommend but with an asterisk.
