Welcome pack. Courtyard garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. The Granary is in a superb location for those looking to explore the Pembrokeshire coastline, whether it be on foot, on cycle or in the water surfing! An ideal base for a family holiday with the beautiful coastline just a few miles away. This ground floor accommodation has been renovated to a high standard with vaulted ceilings and beams. The Granary is approximately 150 years old so full of character and original features, limestone flagstones in the open plan living area, and oak flooring in the bedrooms. There is a community owned pub nearby offering food Thursday to Sunday. Newgale is just a 30-minute drive from The Granary and offers a superb vista out over St Bride's Bay. It is ideal for long walks with your four legged friends, building sandcastles, surfing, kayaking or just relaxing with the waves crashing at your feet. Travel south along the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park route and meander around the picturesque coves and headlands. Pass through the peaceful hamlet of Nolton Haven, situated around the beautiful beach. Enjoy a trip to the famous city of St David's, Britain's smallest city, at the most westerly point of Wales and the final resting place of the patron saint of Wales, Saint David. Adjacent to the cathedral stands the 13th-century Bishop's Palace, a truly magnificent sight. Further along this north coast you will uncover the fishing village of Porthgain, where there is a delightful restaurant which specialises in local freshly caught sea fish and overlooks the harbour. Oakwood, Wales' largest theme park, is a fun day out for all the family and located only 30 minutes away, or for those with younger families, be sure to visit Folly Farm Zoo where you can see rhinos, giraffes and even lions! !
