The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. Excellent bathroom & shower. The host provided coffee and snacks which was a much appreciated touch. We were able to park across the street which was very convenient and the airport is an easy 20 minute drive. There are several restaurants, markets and shops within walking distance.

Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. The accommodation is new, very clean, well presented, & stocked with supplies including biscuits & cruskits for a light breakfast. The receipt of entry codes made contactless entry very easy. It is only a short taxi ride from the airport so beware of taxi drivers excessive charging.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service. After booking last minute for a cancelled flight, I received instructions very clearly on how to enter the place and make my self settled. There was a hiccup (bursted pipes) and I didn’t have water but they provided enough water bottles to help get me by. I did request a refund thinking it would be a battle but they responded quickly and provided a refund due to the inconvenience. America would have said “not our fault” or find another way NOT to refund me. Well done Athens Airport Living Spaces.

If you are planning to rent this property, be warned that it is located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. That means that it will cost you roughly another $40-50 for a cab to get to it to/from the airport. The property itself is sparkling clean and well appointed, you have everything you nee. However, the area is SO noisy, that we couldn't sleep a wink the whole night! It is located at the intersection of two busy arteries in Athens where cars and motocycles will pass all the time. Not recommended!

Joli appartement, climatisé, très propre, accès facile. Par contre, impossible de dormir, trop de bruits à cause des voitures, pas de double vitrage. On est resté qu’une nuit, heureusement. Bon à savoir si vous prenez un taxi de l’aéroport: il y a 2 rues Agiou Dimitriou dans la région ( à ne pas se tromper !!); demandez plutôt un transfert en taxi de l’aéroport à l’appartement, car ça coûte moins cher que si vous prenez un taxi stationné dans l’aéroport ( les chauffeurs abusent avec leur prix). Communication impeccable avec le gestionnaire de Athens Airport Living Spaces. Efficacité et politesse.

Close to the airport. Very clean, easy to check in. We had just finished a cruise and were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Apartment had all the essentials. Grocery stores nearby to buy any essentials. About a 5 minute taxi ride to an outlet mall where we spent the afternoon and had dinner. Owner also left some recommendations for take out. Lovely place. Would definitely stay again.

I needed a place to crash for the night waiting on a delayed flight and I found this gem for a really good price for the night. I believe I was upgraded to a better room for free and if you are someone who likes to avoid face to face interactions this would be a great option as we only communicated via text or email and I had no problems getting into my room by myself. The owner was available when I did text and they helped me get a ride back to the airport in the middle of the night so thank you very much for that!

The space was exactly what we needed for a long layover! Everything about the space was exactly as described, the instructions to access were clear and we had a choice of restaurants we could walk to. Next time we need a room near the Athens airport (between 10 to 15 minute drive) we will definitely stay here again.

The space was exactly what we needed for a long layover! Everything about the space was exactly as described, the instructions to access were clear and we had a choice of restaurants we could walk to. Next time we need a room near the Athens airport (between 10 to 15 minute drive) we will definitely stay here again.

Close to the airport. Very clean, easy to check in. We had just finished a cruise and were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Apartment had all the essentials. Grocery stores nearby to buy any essentials. About a 5 minute taxi ride to an outlet mall where we spent the afternoon and had dinner. Owner also left some recommendations for take out. Lovely place. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. Excellent bathroom & shower. The host provided coffee and snacks which was a much appreciated touch. We were able to park across the street which was very convenient and the airport is an easy 20 minute drive. There are several restaurants, markets and shops within walking distance.

Place was perfect for what we needed. Able to walk to Cafe and groceries for rest of our trip. We were fortunate to have been able to park right outside the entrance easily.

L'endroit (surroundings) est un peu glauque. Nous voulions aller diner mais nous n'avons trouvé aucun restaurant convenable. C'est une banlieue sans intérêt. Le logement était convenable, à part la cuvette des WC qui était totalement jaunie et qui aurait carrément besoin d'être changé ainsi que les vitres des fenêtres qui n'ont pas été nettoyées depuis des lustres. Il faut se rendre compte également que vous êtes sur une rue où il y a bcp de passages et de bruit de voitures et de motos, à un carrefour de pleine circulation. Je n'ai pratiquement pas dormi. Le taxi pour l'aéroport nous a couté 25 euros. Conclusion, il vaudrait mieux passer une nuit à Athènes et profiter de la vie nocturne plutôt que de s'enterrer à SPATA.

I booked this prior to our night departure back to the States I wanted to stay right at the airport with that particular hotel is very pricey I found this which was only about 10 minutes maybe 15 tops from the airport. I was pleasantly surprised the rooms were very large and very clean I was worried about getting in with the codes and all but that was really easy. I would definitely stay here again.. super clean and very nice and comfortable beds.
