Place was nice but sheets were dirty and ants all over the bathroom. Water pressure from shower was also weak.

Beautiful home. Easy to get to all paces. Will stay again whenever I am in town again.

The property was nice and pretty clean; however, they control the thermostat and do not allow the temperature to go below 72 degrees. Every night I did not sleep because of being too hot. When I stay at a VRBO I expect to be able to set the thermostat to what I want as I am paying to stay there. Had I known they controlled the thermostat I would not have stayed here.

My friend and I stayed here in February 2025. The house is in a great location, quiet residential neighborhood, close to downtown Naples and old historic Naples. It was perfect for what we were looking for! I highly recommend.
