Stunning views of the mountains right to the sea (Caloundra). We had a massage, on arrival, from the suggested service provider, who was on time and gave an amazing, relaxing experience to start our weekend escape. Everything you need is walking distance away, although the driveway is very steep, so we ended up driving to the top once or twice. Did I mention the views are stunning, nestled in the rainforest? There is a fireplace and spa, although we ended up running out of time for a spa, but the fireplace was going all weekend. Very romantic and serene experience. Would highly recommend. The price is worth it imho.

We stayed in the studio treehouse. It was so secluded private and cozy. The view was breathtaking. We had the fire going and had multiple jacuzzi's, we will definitely be back

Staff were very welcoming, cabin was clean comfortable and well appointed with a lot of little thoughtful things, spa tub on side deck was amazing as was the view, hamper and little treats were delicious also. Very relaxing trip

The spa was unsafe, very deep, slippy, only had 1 very small rail to aid in getting in & out. I slipped & hit my back on the inside arm panel which had me in pain for the two day we were there. If you wanted a shower then you had to get in & out of the slippy spa as there was no other option for bathing. There was a large sharp crack in a tile right next to the spa that one could cut themselves on. I noted these things to reception & they said sorry & would see what they could do about for me, I never heard anything after that for the time we were there & upon checkout. The bread that was for breakfast was store bought bread not freshly baked bread, that was disappointing. The fry pan was rusty & the coffee machine dirty & only 4 coffee pods for the two days & 1 was broken open. Apart from that the view was lovely, furniture & bed comfy, enough wood on the deck for the 2 days, staff that we encountered were friendly. Will not go back there, poor experience for the dollars spent.

I feel they have missed the mark on the design of the cottage. The layout doesn’t make sense. The bed doesn’t have a bed head or wall that the pillows can rest up against. When sitting at the couch you have slouch down to see the view, the steps down to the bed/bathroom area are dangerous as is the step down into the spa. The view in the spa was also obscured by the palm tree which was a shame since they had pruned some branches from the tree. The parking is also dangerous being so step, I the wet it became extremely slippery to get in and out of the car. I would not suggest these cottage to anyone older or with any kind of knee, hip, shoulder back injuries.

Fantastic getaway in the treetops at Montville. The view was amazing out to the coast especially from the spa and toilet! Close to all shops and dining spots. Very comfortable accommodation with great breakfast provisions and bedding. Everything that you need for preparing meals is provided in the kitchen..just bring supplies. We had cool nights and it was so cosy having the twoway fireplace wirh wood provided. Loved our stay and we will be back.

Property was clean and well equipped. Finding where to actually check in was difficult and time consuming. Once eventually located the lady at the office was very helpful. More information needs to be made available as to where the office for checking in is located.

Lots of cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling and TVs were very dusty. More towels should be supplied when you are having multiple showers and baths. Heated towel rack would be very beneficial. Fresh bread and pastries in the breakfast hamper would have been nice for the amount you pay. Other than those things the cabin was beautiful and quiet with epic scenery. Kitchen well equipped with what we needed. We had a lovely time.

Amazing experience even with the rain. Comfortable and well equipped cabin complete with spa bath and log fire. Great breakfast pack. Checking in was seemless and was the perfect start to a wonderful experience.

The spa was unsafe, very deep, slippy, only had 1 very small rail to aid in getting in & out. I slipped & hit my back on the inside arm panel which had me in pain for the two day we were there. If you wanted a shower then you had to get in & out of the slippy spa as there was no other option for bathing. There was a large sharp crack in a tile right next to the spa that one could cut themselves on. I noted these things to reception & they said sorry & would see what they could do about for me, I never heard anything after that for the time we were there & upon checkout. The bread that was for breakfast was store bought bread not freshly baked bread, that was disappointing. The fry pan was rusty & the coffee machine dirty & only 4 coffee pods for the two days & 1 was broken open. Apart from that the view was lovely, furniture & bed comfy, enough wood on the deck for the 2 days, staff that we encountered were friendly. Will not go back there, poor experience for the dollars spent.

Stunning views of the mountains right to the sea (Caloundra). We had a massage, on arrival, from the suggested service provider, who was on time and gave an amazing, relaxing experience to start our weekend escape. Everything you need is walking distance away, although the driveway is very steep, so we ended up driving to the top once or twice. Did I mention the views are stunning, nestled in the rainforest? There is a fireplace and spa, although we ended up running out of time for a spa, but the fireplace was going all weekend. Very romantic and serene experience. Would highly recommend. The price is worth it imho.

Gorgeous views, very quiet, clean cabin, easy check-in. Be aware that there is a big hill if you decide to walk to your dinner location that is not lit at night.

Fantastic getaway in the treetops at Montville. The view was amazing out to the coast especially from the spa and toilet! Close to all shops and dining spots. Very comfortable accommodation with great breakfast provisions and bedding. Everything that you need for preparing meals is provided in the kitchen..just bring supplies. We had cool nights and it was so cosy having the twoway fireplace wirh wood provided. Loved our stay and we will be back.

Amazing experience even with the rain. Comfortable and well equipped cabin complete with spa bath and log fire. Great breakfast pack. Checking in was seemless and was the perfect start to a wonderful experience.

Staff were very welcoming, cabin was clean comfortable and well appointed with a lot of little thoughtful things, spa tub on side deck was amazing as was the view, hamper and little treats were delicious also. Very relaxing trip

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The breakfast hamper provided was more than enough for 2 people. The room was very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. 😀

A fantastic place to stay. We loved the brekkie pack. It was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great views from the balcony lounge that was comfy. A really well thought out set up.

Lots of cobwebs hanging down from the ceiling and TVs were very dusty. More towels should be supplied when you are having multiple showers and baths. Heated towel rack would be very beneficial. Fresh bread and pastries in the breakfast hamper would have been nice for the amount you pay. Other than those things the cabin was beautiful and quiet with epic scenery. Kitchen well equipped with what we needed. We had a lovely time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary weekend at this property. We had a seaview room and it was lovely, with a fireplace and spa overlooking the hinterland. We also really enjoyed the beautiful views from the daybed on the deck. The breakfast hamper included with our room was top notch and included muesli, fresh bread, butter, gluten free brownies, fresh berries, milk, yoghurt, bacon, sausages and eggs. This property is probably not suited to guests with mobility issues. Entrance to the property is STEEP. As I have a moon boot at the moment it was impossible for me to walk up to the restaurants on the main road as I had originally planned. The sunken spa also proved an issue although there is a grab handle to assist. Mobility issues aside, if you can get around okay then the property has fairly easy access to a number of lovely restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Altitude which is practically opposite the entrance to the property and can be walked (as long as you are okay with steep inclines).
