Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes

Hôtel neuf. Propreté, literie, climatisation nickel. Les murs des chambres sont en béton brut, pour ma part j apprécie un peu plus de chaleur dans la déco. Pas de parking affecté à l'hôtel pour l'instant en travaux.

Chambre simple mais très esthétique, cosy et très propre. Très bonne insonorisation, bien équipée et bon accueil. L’hôtel est facile d’accès avec parking payant sur place. Pour résumer, très bonne expérience à un prix très raisonnable.

Mit dem Auto ist der Hoteleingang nicht zu erreichen, da überall Bauabsperrungen oder im Boden eingelassene Pfosten die Zufahrt verhindern. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe ist horrend überteuert und eigene Parkplätze existieren nicht obwohl im Hotelbeschrieb

The hotel is in deserted area. Nothing around it. Finding the hotel parking was extremely hard. The hotel felt deserted.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher mager. Obwohl das Hotel ganz neu eröffnet wurde, knarzt und quietscht vieles schon und Funktionen z.B. beim Fernsehen oder die Aufzüge funktionieren gar nicht mehr. Die schönen Möbel sind alle aus Plastik und es kommt ein IKEA-Feeling auf. Unsere Zimmerkarten mussten jeden Tag neu geladen werden um überhaubt ins Zimmer zu kommen. Momentan steht noch kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, das vom Hotel vorgeschlagene Parkhaus hat uns allerdings für 5 Tage fast 300.- zusätzlich gekostet. Nichts desto trotz waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben geholfen wo immer sie konnten.

The hotel was fine, but we expected parking lot at the hotel (because we specifically searched for that) and when we got there there was no hotel parking lot and we had to park in a public parking lot and pay for that seperately. The lady at the check-in was not very friendly, but other members of staff were nice. Better breakfast than I expected. Also, we wondered who came up with the idea to put matt glass door on the toilet? Like, you can still see through it 🙃 But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Housekeeping forgot to clear the trash in my room. The place is next to a construction site, have to make a detour. In the future it might look better. There was no free parking as indicated. But since the surrounding is still under construction, well hopefully there will be. Everything is brand new so it’s was pleasant. Bear in mind that the bathroom has only 1 sliding door. So you close either the shower side, or the toilet side.

Bon hotel, personnel très acceuillant mais travaux en cours à coté (bruit), et impossible de se garer ... sauf au parking payant qui est à 2' à pied mais très cher (40€ pour 1 nuit...)

Spacious property with far more rooms than expected. Everything was spotless and well‑maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. On‑site parking is very expensive, so we parked on a nearby street. Easy to find a spot and a short walk back to the hotel. Overall a clean, comfortable one night stay.

Es gab entgegen der Beschreibung keine Klimaanlage, nur eine Lüftung, die aber bei 35° Außentemperatur nicht funktioniert hat. Parkplatz ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch sehr teuer (mehr als 60€ pro Nacht). Es handelt sich um öffentliche, externe Parkplätze.

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. Otherwise it's well-situated, 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a huge supermarket. Will definitely come here again if given the chance.

Amazing staff, great service, very clean and well kept. Just be aware there’s no bathroom door and the washroom and toilet share the same sliding door. At the time of my stay April 2025 there’s active construction in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

En arrivant dans la chambre, pas de savon, ni dans la salle de bain ni dans la douche. Après réclamation auprés d'une deuxme equipes plus à l'écoute, seul le distributeur de la douche a été rempli, laissant le problème partiellement résolu. La nuit a été un cauchemar : l’absence d’isolation acoustique sur les murs des chambres rend le bruit des camions et voitures sur l’autoroute à proximité insupportable. Impossible de dormir. L’agent de sécurité de nuit n’avait aucune solution pour changer de chambre. Malgré un geste commercial proposé par le gérant le matin (petit déjeuner), l’expérience était si décevante que la seule issue était de le refuser et de partir dès que possible. En résumé, un service médiocre et un confort insuffisant. À éviter absolument si vous recherchez un minimum de calme.

This hotel is very beautiful. The staff is very professional and very kind. The room it was very confortable and clean, and very modern. The breakfast is amazing. There are a lot of things, also the special milks no lactose or vegetal

This hotel should not be advertised as having air conditioning when it doesn't! It was 35 degrees outside so this was an issue. They gave me a fan for the room but there is definitely no air conditioning in the rooms!

Great new hotel. Single bed and single duvet were a bit too small for a tall person

Quand je suis arrivé à l’hotel, j’ai dû attendre 10 à l’accueil, il n’y avait personne. Ensuite, on m’a demandé de m’enregistrer en renseignant une rimbambelle d’informations, que j’ai dû retaper (c’est à dire faire le boulot moi-même), alors que la réservation Hotel.com renvoie à l’établissement déjà toutes les informations !!! Et la personne me donnait des ordres pour que je saisisse les informations, comme si je n’avais pas le choix, car l’impression qu’elle n’avait pas envie de travailler ! Ensuite, il y a eu une erreur sur ma réservation, elle ‘était pour 2, alors que j’étais seul, ils m’ont taxé la double taxe de séjour et se retranchent derrière ma réservation non remboursable, comme quoi ils ne peuvent pas modifier. Alors que je ne demande pas de changement de chambre, ni de remboursement sur le montant de ma chambre, juste la facturation de la taxe (qui en plus ne revient pas à l’hotel). Bref, ce n’est pas grave c’est 5,50 CHF perdu pour moi, mais je dois revenir en mars avec un groupe de 20 personnes pour un stage week-end organisé, j’avais besoin d’un gros hébergement, je ne viendrai pas chez Zleep

Heureusement que mon j'avais mes documents prouvant ma réservation et la confirmation de l'hôtel car il n'y avait pas de chambre réservée a mon nom. Bug du système . Grace a une personne qui a accepté de faire chambre double et de perdre son intimité j'ai eu un lit pour dormir ma première nuit . Le personnel a été super et était très désolé , et arrangeant . merci à eux .

Hard to find though as there is major construction underway all around, and so don’t trust your online maps, and more signage would be helpful. (I can see the door, just can’t get to it) Hotel staff super-helpful and friendly, although there were issues with the booking from Hotels-com not on systems. Breakfast is pretty limited choice but sufficient. Room is basic but comfortable, good bathroom and shower, and clean.

Very convenient and quiet residential area. A few good restaurants two blocks from hotel.

Great hotel. The beds and linnen where god quality and great comfort. I must higligth the shower, there is a hans grohe shower with good preasure on the water, and no "eco" feeling. The result of this is that you can shower efficient in minutes, no need for 40 minutes shower.. 👍 Also the breakfast was spot on for me, with good cheese, freshly baked crisp bread, and superb coffie i was happy. A little negative thing was that the entrance was har to find due to construction work, but that will pass..

Chambre très sommaire/froide. Tout est neuf et pourtant triste. Très impersonnel les murs de la chambre sont restés brut ce qui donne un esprit "prison"/triste. Tout le contraire de cosy. Parking impossible a trouver sans l'aide du personnel. Pas d'eau chaude simplement une eau juste tiède...au moins ca reveille Vue sur la voie rapide... petit dejeuner moyen beaucoup de produits industriels... Bref de nombreux ajustement à effectuer
