Overall, it was fine. However, the purpose of us staying here was to use the pool with our kiddo, but we werent able to as it was dirty and the water was cloudy. The gym equipment, which I used, is worn down to the point it’s not safe.

Room was spotless & the beds comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming & very helpful whenever we had questions. I enjoyed the gym and the 24 hour coffee, tea & hot chocolate station. The shuttle service was also excellent! The breakfast had many offerings. I especially liked the waffle station's many toppings.

Breakfast sausage was rubbery, was looking forward to the smoothie as shown in picture but wasn’t any, need another waffle maker as to many people wanted them. Pool needs to be warmer and needs to be redone. Gym equipment needs to be fixed

The room was clean and adequate. A variety was offered for breakfast. Shuttle service was available but you had to call the hotel for pick up and depended on availability of the driver,so there was a wait time.

The room was great - clean, well appointed and comfortable. My issue was the airport shuttle. I waited 50 min for the shuttle and it did not come. I saw some hotels has shuttles come 3 times while the Hampton Inn shuttle did not come. I took an Uber to the hotel. Also, My flight left at 8am, not that early, but the breakfast did not start until 6am so I was not able to get breakfast. They did supply a bagged breakfast which is thoughtful but not like a hot breakfast. Good hotel - but the extras were just not there.

The room was great - clean, well appointed and comfortable. My issue was the airport shuttle. I waited 50 min for the shuttle and it did not come. I saw some hotels has shuttles come 3 times while the Hampton Inn shuttle did not come. I took an Uber to the hotel. Shuttle service was great! Drivers were helpful and friendly. Hotel room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom. Average breakfast was served until 10am and even though it was full of people, they closed the door. There's wasn't enough room for everyone to sit and tables weren't clean.

Je suis partagée sur cet hôtel. La piscine a le mérite d’exister mais j’ai trouvé les contours pas très propres (cheveux…), mal nettoyé d’un jour à l’autre. La chambre est correct mais un peu vieillotte (rideaux en tissus, très épais et très sombre, moquette au sol, déchiré à certains endroits…). La literie est très bien et la salle de bain aussi. Pour le centre ville, le plus simple pour nous était de nous garer à la station kipling ou islington (10/15min de voiture) puis prendre le métro. Parking environ 5$ la journée. Le petit déjeuner est correct (saucisses, pommes de terre, jus, œufs, saucisses, gaufres, Yaourts et fruits). Dans l’ensemble correct dans le détail : peu mieux faire.

Disappointed – We checked into the Hampton Inn for 2 days and needed Wi-Fi connectivity. Internet service was spotty the first day and failed completely the second. Tech support finally restored service at 3AM the second day and we finally completed our work and got to bed at 4AM. We’ll choose a different hotel next time.

This hotel is very good. Complimentary shuttle to & from Pearson airport is a strong plus point. Reasons for less than 5-star rating: - Poor lighting in the room. Had to use phone flashlight on many occasions. - No microwave or fridge in the room.

The room was low end ok, and noisy. The bigger issue was they charged us a $75 dog fee for our small dog. This was not disclosed anywhere when I booked online and was more than half the cost of the room! All these is on the website is a clear notice that they are dog friendly. A $75 fee should be disclosed in the same bullet point. Clearly deceptive marketing. We will never trust this brand again. Surprised that Hilton would behave this way. This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed in Toronto with our puppy in the last month or so and the 1st time we were charged for him.

My husbdand and i stayed at this hotel ladt weel during the snowstorm. We had been on the road for 2 plus days and were very tired. We had some issues securing a deposit. The kady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us recitfy this situation. We were able to obtain a beautiful room that was clean. Staff were amazing and breakfats was great ! Would highly recommended this hotel.

Check in agent was not accommodating. Things I asked about she declined right away. The agent on the following morning was very pleasant and help immediately with requests. Manager made a racist act trying to stop us from taking our breakfast to the room, while not saying anything to others who was doing the exact same thing right in front of her, but she only addressed my wife. When pressed as to why we can’t and others were allowed, she tried to hide behind the front desk agent. That was absolutely unacceptable.

Location and service were excellent. Front desk staff were great as were all the employees we talked to. Breakfast was the standard but lots of it and hot. We used the shuttle to and from the airport to catch the UP train 4x, always quick and no issues. Would stay again!

I had a great experience from start to finish the airport shuttle to and from was great service with wonderful drivers and any staff that I interacted with during my stay, we’re always extremely polite and friendly. The room was the perfect size for me for the week and housekeeping always left it spotless!

Disappointed with the customer service and hotels.com response. I changed the booking on the app before the deadline (Dec 12) and didn’t receive any emails about the original booking, nor the change. When I checked in the girl assured me she would change the booking to one night and that someone else booked the check in to avoid a no show. This was not corrected, and no other person was able to help. Will not be staying here again and will reconsider my bookings on hotels.com.

Room was spotless & the beds comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming & very helpful whenever we had questions. I enjoyed the gym and the 24 hour coffee, tea & hot chocolate station. The shuttle service was also excellent! The breakfast had many offerings. I especially liked the waffle station's many toppings.

Great stay, would recommend! We stayed in a 1 King size bed suite and it was very clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The breakfast was not great sadly...the eggs were watery and potatoe wedges were dried out and didn't seem fresh. As well, I didnt see any non-dairy alternatives. Besides that the stay was great.

The room was great - clean, well appointed and comfortable. My issue was the airport shuttle. I waited 50 min for the shuttle and it did not come. I saw some hotels has shuttles come 3 times while the Hampton Inn shuttle did not come. I took an Uber to the hotel. Also, My flight left at 8am, not that early, but the breakfast did not start until 6am so I was not able to get breakfast. They did supply a bagged breakfast which is thoughtful but not like a hot breakfast. Good hotel - but the extras were just not there.

We had a pretty good stay. Their was a fire alarm before 6:00 am the first night of our stay that we had to evacuate for. I understand that this was out of the hotel's control, but they did not let any of us know what happened or what the issue was. The main problem we had with the hotel was with the shuttle service. Its advertised as an area shuttle and we used it daily to get to and from the airport where we rode the train into the city. They need a better process for scheduling pick-ups, such as taking the name of the people they are picking up and number of riders . The first pick-up when we arrived in Toronto went smoothly. The rest not so much. Usually we were told 10-15 min, but were often waiting more than 30min. The worst was when we had waited over an hour and when we tried calling the hotel, they stopped answering the phone. We tried 5 times in 15 min and we didn't get through to anyone and neither could the other family that was waiting for the same shuttle. Other than this example, the front desk staff we dealt with daily were fantastic and the shuttle drivers were excellent as well.

This hotel is in a perfect location for airport users, it was great to be close after a long flight. Beds are really comfortable and the room itself is spacious. Parking was easy. The included breakfast was hot and there was a good choice. Staff were friendly helpful and professional. Great stay would recommend to others.
