First time in the Philippines. Great location and excellent staff. Very professional and accomdating. Im a New Yorker and we can be a pain but Beth, their Manager was outstandingly professional and curteous. Thanks again.

Breakfast included local dishes and fruits. Parking was easy in front of hotel. Parkin staff was helpful with luggage.

the staff is great. the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are even smaller. the breakfast provided is ok, not great. the restaurant has a great staff but a limited menu of medicre food. the parking is very limited. good luck finding a spot if the hotel is booked. overall, I would not stay there again but Valencia has a limited selection of hotels and the price is good.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Room service was prompt and efficient, making the stay even more comfortable.
