Holiday Inn Express and Suites Ottawa

The lobby was bright and clean and welcoming. Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. He even calmed my fear of impending storms with nowhere to go by assuring me we could take shelter on main level in the bathroom. Our room was the cleanest we have been in for a very long time. Appreciate their thoughtful attention to small details such as hand soap and lotion both in pumps by the bathroom sink, all items you'll need to shower if you've forgotten yours, both soft and hard pillows and gluten free muffins for breakfast that I truly appreciated! Fresh brewed coffee of all types available 24 hrs a day at their handy dispenser located in an easy to find central location in the lobby made for an easy evening sip and morning must have with breakfast and one for the road. I would recommend this particular Holiday Inn to anyone in the Starved Rock area!
