The hotel is pretty new, less than a year old, so the rooms are spacious, everything worked perfectly and the hotel has some charm with the pool at the rooftop and the great views of the beach from the room. Staff was great, very nice , polite and helpful. Finally location wise, is next to the beach, one of the tourist attractions to Busan but a bit far from anything else. Still there are ways around like subway or the costal touristic trains that takes you closer Busan center. Will recomend it!

The property was clean and bright but breakfast was a ham and cheese crossiant and a wedge of orange. Thinks were broken down elevator twice. Hours were strange no breakfast before 8 no pool before 9. And when we arrived we werent sure where to check in and when we finally decided we must go up to the 2nd fllor there was no staff around for a good 10 minutes.

This hotel is quite far from the main attractions and transit isn't that close - either a 7 or 20 min walk depending on which route Naver recommends. Downsides: - the fragrance is overwhelming in all common areas from the elevators, halls to the lobby. If you are allergic or sensitive, be warned - housekeeping is dismal. There only constant was removal of garbage. Whether they refilled your water, took away used mugs, replaced towels or made your bed was different every day - there are only 2 elevators and 1 was out of service the entire time we were there (5 nights). You can also unselect the floor and end up missing your floor only to have to wait again for it to go in the direction you want - room is extremely small. Exit light stays on all the time, so if you like it dark, throw a shirt over it Staff is helpful but rigid - no check-in before 3. They literally will not process your paperwork before that. Breakfast is at 8, not a minute before even though they are packaged for takeaway. Although the weather was cold when we were staying, the pool provided warm water which was really user friendly! Besides, the staffs were so friendly and helpful. We loved the pool, the service, and the facilities! Will stay again!

Hey I’m PY from Taiwan. I was here with my family. We all love this hotel, very good location if you have plan to visit east Busan and super friendly service. The girl and guy were super nice to us which made us feel like stay at our home. Also, the blue line park station is very near hotel, the rooftop swimming pool is awesome as well, great view and atmosphere. We have already plan our next busan trip and stay here again in Summer

The bathroom was a little dirty. There was hair on the floor from the previous party that stayed there. Also there is parking outside and the "tower" self parking. Unless you have a luxury car though they will ask you to park inside. To me this seems a bit rude because regardless of the type of car I am driving I am paying the same amount to stay there. So even if there is available parking outside you will potentially have to wait in line for the self parking. Also three times during my stay I needed to return to the lobby to get my key re-keyed. I was told to keep it away from the other cards I have. At this point this is a common sense thing to me so I just said okay. The second time I asked why this keep happening and I was told they were not sure. The third time I was told that their system drops the rooms every day because they don't expect people to stay long. All of those answer seemed unsatisfactory to me and not so much of an apology for the repeated inconvenience.

Our room had a bath with a fab view of the beach but the whole set up was weird. There was no restaurant so you had to collect your breakfast from reception. The rooftop pool was the best part of the hotel. Transport was not especially easy unless you caught the slow moving tourist tram (it was quite a hike to either the subway or a bus stop). Would recommend staying in Haendae unless the point of your trip was to get to the beach.

The hotel is trying very hard to be hipster boutique, but it lacked facilities. No bar, restaurant and not much around it. Toilets by the pool locked and were asked about the time we wanted our room cleaned and we said noon and yet when got back at 4.00pm it still haven’t been cleaned. Maid left us hand towels and no bath towels and there is nowhere to hand towels after use. The room was nice and bright and airy, but the emergency exit light was on constantly at night and made the room very light.

건물 디자인이나 소품등은 너무 예쁘고 좋았습니다. 다만 룸컨디션이 좋지 못해서 아쉽습니다. 쓰레기들이 그대로 있었으며, 침대 시트도 누런자국이 있어서.. 아쉬웠습니다.

This hotel was very clean and spacious compared to the average Korean hotel. Great views of the beach and balcony was amazing! Pool was really fun and the to go breakfast was great. Overall, nice comfortable foreign friendly hotel.

Très bien situé face à la mer. Chambre spacieuse. Bonne literie. Station de métro à un quart d'heure à pied. De nombreux bus sur le boulevard. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Petit déjeuner inclus, simple mais suffisant. Points négatifs : Chambre mise à disposition tardivement à cause d'un late check out. Propreté générale à améliorer, en particulier le ménage de la chambre. Parfois bruyant avec les portes qui claquent. Quelques problèmes techniques : évier bouché, signal sortie de secours qui est resté allumé une nuit, éclairant partiellement la chambre. Bref, bien mais peut mieux faire.

The hotel had such a great vibe, near transit amenities and in a cute sleepy surf town! Place was clean, staff were polite and kind, i never tried the restaurant. Lots of places to eat. If you run, amazing running path all the way to Haeundae. 40 min walk to the Yonugungsa Temple and Lotte Mall.

This actually is a very cool place. Big rooms with sea views and some of the best beds I have ever tried. Staff is great and the area around the hotel is my favourite part of Busan. Highly recommended.

Our room had a bath with a fab view of the beach but the whole set up was weird. There was no restaurant so you had to collect your breakfast from reception. The rooftop pool was the best part of the hotel. Transport was not especially easy unless you caught the slow moving tourist tram (it was quite a hike to either the subway or a bus stop). Would recommend staying in Haendae unless the point of your trip was to get to the beach.
Our room had a bath with a fab view of the beach but the whole set up was weird. There was no restaurant so you had to collect your breakfast from reception. The rooftop pool was the best part of the hotel. Transport was not especially easy unless you caught the slow moving tourist tram (it was quite a hike to either the subway or a bus stop). Great location only a couple minute walk to the beach and right next to the beach train station. The decor was amazing and the room was very comfortable. Great views from the huge balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is quite far from the main attractions and transit isn't that close - either a 7 or 20 min walk depending on which route Naver recommends. Downsides: - the fragrance is overwhelming in all common areas from the elevators, halls to the lobby. If you are allergic or sensitive, be warned - housekeeping is dismal. There only constant was removal of garbage. Whether they refilled your water, took away used mugs, replaced towels or made your bed was different every day - there are only 2 elevators and 1 was out of service the entire time we were there (5 nights). You can also unselect the floor and end up missing your floor only to have to wait again for it to go in the direction you want - room is extremely small. Exit light stays on all the time, so if you like it dark, throw a shirt over it Staff is helpful but rigid - no check-in before 3. They literally will not process your paperwork before that. Breakfast is at 8, not a minute before even though they are packaged for takeaway. We had to get to the train station early in the morning and hoped to pick them up 5 mins before - nope There is a nice boarded trail you can walk along.

Had an amazing time at The Coolest Hotel Busan. Wonderful colleagues, brilliant finishing touches and an awesome base to go and explore Busan. We would definitely visit again. The style is great and the perks of the rooftop bar and the grotto bar are brilliant Thank you for a great stay. Top tip, buses don’t let you get on with suitcases but it’s only a quick taxi from Busan station or the subway to get there. Super simple.

The location of the hotel is great - next door to a fabulous cocktail bar - possibly the best I’ve been to called Railside bar and also next to the beach train station. There is a great boardwalk that runs the length of the beach train taking you to the livelier side of town. We found the staff very helpful unfortunately the way the lift works you tend to bypass the lobby area as you come and go, which is a shame as it’s a nice way to interact and appreciate the service of the staff.

The property was great for the train/sky capsule line, and were at a couple of great restaurants nearby. However, the reception was not always manned, we were asked to schedule our room service, and the breakfast was poor - a croissant with ham and cheese (no vegetarian option) and three tiny pieces of cut fruit.

The bathroom was a little dirty. There was hair on the floor from the previous party that stayed there. Also there is parking outside and the "tower" self parking. Unless you have a luxury car though they will ask you to park inside. To me this seems a bit rude because regardless of the type of car I am driving I am paying the same amount to stay there. So even if there is available parking outside you will potentially have to wait in line for the self parking. Also three times during my stay I needed to return to the lobby to get my key re-keyed. I was told to keep it away from the other cards I have. At this point this is a common sense thing to me so I just said okay. The second time I asked why this keep happening and I was told they were not sure. The third time I was told that their system drops the rooms every day because they don't expect people to stay long. All of those answer seemed unsatisfactory to me and not so much of an apology for the repeated inconvenience.

The view from the room and the pool was amazing! Breakfast was so delicious! The staff and the manager were so friendly and warm. I made some mistakes during check-out, but the manager helped me a lot in fixing the problems for me. Appreciate it! Hotel is next to the famous Busan travel train. Come and stay at this fabulous place!

The hotel is pretty new, less than a year old, so the rooms are spacious, everything worked perfectly and the hotel has some charm with the pool at the rooftop and the great views of the beach from the room. Staff was great, very nice , polite and helpful. Finally location wise, is next to the beach, one of the tourist attractions to Busan but a bit far from anything else. Still there are ways around like subway or the costal touristic trains that takes you closer Busan center. Will recomend it!

We loved The Coolest Hotel. The staff was wonderful. They helped us with transportation and ideas of where to go. Our last day we had to leave early before our paid breakfast time and they prepared a to-go breakfast for us. The beach the hotel overlooks is Songjeong Beach and it has a relaxed mellow surfer vibe that is very different from the busier beaches of the city. You can stroll along the water’s edge in the morning.

The hotel had such a great vibe, near transit amenities and in a cute sleepy surf town! Place was clean, staff were polite and kind, i never tried the restaurant. Lots of places to eat. If you run, amazing running path all the way to Haeundae. 40 min walk to the Yonugungsa Temple and Lotte Mall.

The property was clean and bright but breakfast was a ham and cheese crossiant and a wedge of orange. Thinks were broken down elevator twice. Hours were strange no breakfast before 8 no pool before 9. And when we arrived we werent sure where to check in and when we finally decided we must go up to the 2nd fllor there was no staff around for a good 10 minutes.

This hotel was very clean and spacious compared to the average Korean hotel. Great views of the beach and balcony was amazing! Pool was really fun and the to go breakfast was great. Overall, nice comfortable foreign friendly hotel.

The hotel is trying very hard to be hipster boutique, but it lacked facilities. No bar, restaurant and not much around it. Toilets by the pool locked and were asked about the time we wanted our room cleaned and we said noon and yet when got back at 4.00pm it still haven’t been cleaned. Maid left us hand towels and no bath towels and there is nowhere to hand towels after use. The room was nice and bright and airy, but the emergency exit light was on constantly at night and made the room very light.

The Coolest Hotel… it may have been the coolest in the past but seems to be past its prime. We stayed in one of the king suites which had an excellent view, nice bathrooms and very clean, however the air conditioning stopped working on day 3 of 5 and there was this lingering sewage smell for a few days. We stayed in October so it was not too hot, we simply opened the balcony doors and windows to get some airflow and it was cool enough at night. The sewage smell seemed to be coming from the extremely large sink drain so we just ran hot water for a little while and it went away. The rooftop pool, extraordinary view, and massive fitness area in the basement are certainly the main selling point here, otherwise the “Coolest” hotel is not worth the price. The staff were all very nice, but in general the hotel seemed to be understaffed. Breakfast was OK not great and not worth the price compared to other options in the area. The dryer in the basement does not dry well. We checked out with wet clothes. Unless you need a gym and/ or rooftop pool, I’d look elsewhere. 3/5
The Coolest Hotel… it may have been the coolest in the past but seems to be past its prime. We stayed in one of the king suites which had an excellent view, nice bathrooms and very clean, however the air conditioning stopped working on day 3 of 5 and there was this lingering sewage smell for a few days. We stayed in October so it was not too hot, we simply opened the balcony doors and windows to get some airflow and it was cool enough at night. The sewage smell seemed to be coming from the extremely large sink drain so we just ran hot water for a little while and it went away. Upon arrival to the hotel we were met with a nice gentleman at reception. He seemed to be the only staff in the whole hotel. We were early for check in therefore asked if we were able to have early check in and potentially use the pool while we wait for our room to become available. He advised that this was possible and he was giving this to us for free. We did however had to wait for 1 hour and come back to reception for the room key. In the meantime we were able to use the rooftop pool. When we returned to reception as advised, the man previously there had left and a new reception person was there. This person stated that our room would not be ready and therefore had to just wait until usual check in time. Once we were finally arrived into our room. The room initially appears tidy. However floor was still wet, sticky, sandy and smelt of damp. Bathroom was not cleaned, just tidied with used shampoo and soap packets left. There were no bathroom supplies such as shampoo/conditioner. We had to head to the nearest 7/11. We were left disappointed with the room and overall hotel experience. The room was not well maintained with hooks not properly fixed to the wall. Bathroom water flooding into the room, and no towel hooks inside the bathroom. There were also no other services as advertised. No hotel bar, No restaurant, No hot breakfast, No room service, No reception staff out of hours. The rooftop pool feels neglected with lack of maintenance. No food or drink allowed
