Knight Castle Hotel

Personal amable pero la habitación llena de bichos, cucarachas, etc. Y mucho ruido en la, planta sexta. Al día siguiente en la, planta 3 bien. Pero ya no has dormido bien una noche.

La chambre était très correcte Personel, très appréciable, très gentil et à l’écoute, la piscine était parfaite chauffée à 29°

I stayed twice at this hotel, customer service is excellent, clean rooms, personal very professional, i enjoyed my trip.

The hotel was nice but the service was not great. At noon we ask to get our room in advance because we didn’t sleep the night before being on a flight from Bangkok to Dubai. The receptionist asked us to come back at 1:00 pm. We came back and only at that moment she called the room cleaners to know where they were at and if they had cleaned the room we were waiting for. She could have asked the cleaners at noon to make sure the room would be ready by one o’clock but she didn’t. We finally got our room at 2 in the afternoon. Not sorry, no smile. Other than that, the hotel was old but well maintained.
