Nous avons été très bien accueilli, la chambre est magnifique (surclassement en chambre prestige, merci!) et très propre. Seul petit bémol, le parking au prix à 29.-… Mise à part cela, l’hôtel est super.

Great gym and spa facilities convenient little shop in the lobby

Good hotel with a lovely spa and roof terrace. Easy to reach from Altstetten station (with direct trains into the city centre). The big drawback is bedrooms have no window that opens. You are sealed in with no fresh air possible. It is enough for me not to stay there again. Really bad design for a modern hotel.

Mooi, nieuw hotel in een verder niet zo een interessante buurt. Wel is de lokatie dichtbij de snelweg en een trein/tramstation met frequente verbindingen richting het centrum. Kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd waardoor je binnen geen last hebt van alle treinen die voorbij komen. Ook handig is de naastgelegen Coop supermarkt. Parkeerruimte is er voldoende in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. Ook zijn er voldoende oplaadpunten voor EV’s beschikbaar. Wel tegen een enorm hoog vast tarief van €37,-

Breakfast was terrible and I couldn't cancel for the next day. And when I wanted to get something else to eat from the bar, it was closed till 12.30. I had to catch a train 11.45. I would not go back. Friendly bartenders the night before though.

The hotel construction is very stylish. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a premium room. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Other amenities such as spa and sauna are also very good. Great options in breakfast. Walking from the train station. Would highly recommend.

思っていたよりもお部屋がかなり広くくつろげました。バス・トイレも広くて清潔でした。 電気ケトルが着いていたのもよかったです。 また、窓からチューリッヒ国際空港が見えてとても景色がよかったです。 ただ部屋の鍵のオートロックが壊れていたのか、私たちのやり方が間違っていたのか、何度試しても閉めることが出来ず、外出時は不安でした。

Room was clean, friendly staff, the buffet breakfast was great! Easy 5 minute walk to the train station.

The hotel is located out of the city but is very well connected by public transport. We had a larger room with a great view over the train tracks, but the lack of housekeeping lets this hotel down. Unless you request it, the rooms are not cleaned.

No one cleaned up our room the whole day, so later in the afternoon I went to a reception and asked if someone could come over to clean up or at least if we can receive fresh towels. When we came back to the room around midnight there were no fresh towels… no one was there to clean up. Someone just came in to the room to put the tag do not disturb on the door, so they don’t need to clean up. I could not believe it ! This hotel doesn’t worth the money. Horrible, never again.

Property is in Good location walkable to public transportation. But the inconvenient of this property is there’s no phone in the room, no slippers, no bath robe you have to go down to the lobby to ask for everything you need and the room was dusty.

Durch die Lüftung ist es halt immer recht kalt im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer war der Rand der WC-Schüssel nicht gereinigt, was aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht geht. - Hier gibt es noch Optimierungsbedarf. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption war dies am nächsten Tag behoben. Aus meiner Sicht fehlt es immer an Kleinigkeiten (Begrüssung kann optimiert werden - Sauberkeit im Zimmer kann verbessert werden).

Hotel próximo da estação de trem. Tem funcionários muito prestativos, quarto bem amplo e com cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso. Mesas e cadeiras de apoio. A rua tem pouco movimento e poucas opções perto de lazer. A TV poderia ter opções de outros países ou disponibilizar streamings. No meu caso, percebi que o sofá do quarto não foi bem limpo.

Péssimo serviço. Não limparam os quartos de um dia para o outro. Serviço de restaurante muito limitado. Tivemos que fazer o check in três vezes porque nos estavam sempre a bloquear o pequeno-almoço. Talvez o pior hotel por onde fiquei instalado

Sehr gutes und kostengünstiges Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Direkt vor dem Hotel fahren die Tram, der Bus und der Zug. Weshalb man die Heizung im Zimmer nicht einstellen kann, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Auch die fehlende Minibar empfinde ich als störend.

Nice room but weird bathroom.

Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The surrounding area is quite boring with nothing much to do around it. Convenient for the local ice hockey arena.

客室やスタッフは良いのだが、部屋に金庫と冷蔵庫がないので長期滞在する際は困る。

There were a lot of windows and one of them was missing a curtain, so it was impossible to sleep once the sun came up. The second night, we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed, which helped a little. Also, the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was frosted glass, so when I went into the bathroom early to get ready for the day, the light in the bathroom came through the wall and into the bedroom where my husband was trying to sleep; he had to put a pillow over his face. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. And we enjoyed having a COOP just a few steps away. You’re also steps away from public transportation.

It is a short walk from Zürich Altstetten station, and the paved road along the track makes it easy to carry bags. There is a COOP next door, which is convenient, but there is no refrigerator in the room.

It was a fine stay. New and comfortable rooms, nice bed. From the negatives: next to train way so there is noise until late night and from early morning, staff in the bar in the evening seemed to be overwhelmed and overworked despite only few customers - we had to wait at least 30 min just to get an order

Lovely property walkable to Stadion Letzigrund. Nicely sized rooms that were clean and tidy. One thing to note is there is no a/c or fan in the room or bathroom so it was uncomfortably warm and humid in the room since we were in Zurich during a hot weather spell. The restaurant was very good too!

Had an excellent stay here for one night. Check in and check out process was smooth. We were even given our room earlier than check in time as we had arrived early in Zurich. The room/ beds were extremely comfortable- we had a good night’s sleep. The hotel itself is very close to train station and therefore very easy to commute to anywhere.

empfang an der reception war sehr sachlich. die erste frage: „haben sie einen ausweis“. - die zweite „haben sie eine kreditkarte“. gastfreundschaft sieht definitiv anders aus. eine persönliche begrüssung wäre auch in einem grossen hotel angebracht. die reception ist ja immerhin der erste kontakt zum gast. erster eindruck somit unprofessionell. das zimmer ist frisch renoviert und soweit alles in ordnung

What was unique about the property was it's description as being like a resort or spa within the city. This marketing elevated my expectations so I was left disappointed. First, upon arrival at approximately 2pm with the check in time being 3pm, I was informed that there would be a fee should we wish to check in at this time. I have never in my days of travel been told that there would a fee for checking in a bit earlier than the exact check in time. In my opinion a higher level of customer service would have been to say something like, "we are doing our best to have your room ready for you, let me check if a room is ready now." I was immediately put off. My disappointment increased as the room I found to be modern but lacking in any feeling of spa or resort like comfort. The bathroom is glass, with a curtain on the outside, the shower cubicle's door drags water across the floor, the simple soaps provided are not Nivea, representing a missed opportunity to market their onsite Nivea spa services, no phone in the room to contact the front desk (which I had to do to figure out how to turn off one of the lights), not even a book with a basic map, listing of local dining and transportation options, hotel menu or amenities. I looked forward to the rooftop to meditate in the morning, but learned it only opened later in the day when we'd be out exploring. For me, the room or service did not support that idea of the hotel being a spa or resortlike experience.

We arrived at midnight, 1 room key didn't work, we went back and forth to the reception, still could not fix it. Finally, the receptionist came and used his key to open the door. The check in took very long time. The bathroom is fully transparent and the electric blind suddenly lift up automatically, big panic! We booked a meeting area and the night shift receptionist told us it is on the 4th floor, actually, it is on the ground floor and he told us the supermarket is on the left of the building and actually, it is on the right...

Room was nice, very big unlike the bath towels!! We had no hot water on the final day, we went to reception to ask for help and was told theres a problem, nothing we can do you just have to wait. Not good customer service.

Check in was very slow and inconvenient. It took us almost a hour in the lobby because there was a huge group of tourists that hadcome before us but even though there were two receptionists they were really slow and inefficient. They were really slow and scanned all our passports even the kids’ not sure why and when they finally gave us the keys to our rooms (we booked two rooms) one pass ended up not even working so we had to come downstairs multiple times to make it work. Also they told us they would arrange a sofa bed but took ages to get someone to our room to set it up. It was raining outside so we asked them for umbrellas for our family and they were rude and refused to give us more than two umbrellas even though we had booked two rooms and were a family of 5 people with little kids!

Breakfast remained same for all the 5-6 days we stayed . Some front desk staff were less friendly while other were kind.

Check ist war sehr mühsam. Ich bin in einem Hotel in Zürich und möchte in meiner Sprache begrüsst werden und das Check auf Deutsch führen können und nicht auf Englisch. Status wurde nicht klar gewürdigt (Parkplatz verrechnet und musste intervenieren). Begrüssung oberflächlich. Ich habe keinen Hinweis erhalten, dass das Zimmer bei zwei Nächten nicht aufgeräumt wird. Dass der Zimmerservice nicht gemacht wird finde ich aus ökologischen Gründen ok - aber ein Hinweis beim Check In wäre nett. Frühstück Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ok. Überfalles ist der Service für den doch stolzen Preis zu wenig persönlich.

The property was clean, new hotel so the amenities were good. The property is located in a very quiet area more on the commercial side but not far from the train station, the tram and bus. 1 or 2 stops by the train from Zurich HB depending on which one you take, or a 1/2 hr tram ride depending on your preferences. Don’t get despondent when you get there, location will work for you. A phone in the room to contact front desk, a safe to store your valuables would be nice. Buffet breakfast is good you can buy dinner if you so please.

This hotel is right on Altstetten train station. It provides quick and easy access to Old town and the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, although on the tighter side was well designed to maximize space. It was clean and modern. The shower had good water pressure. I had a car rental. I decided to return it and use the train for access to different sites as it was cheaper and faster than keeping the car.

Wir fanden das Hotel mittelmäßig. Der Check in war freundlich, wir durften schon 3 Stunden vorher in Zimmer. Das Zimmer an sich ist OK. Ein paar Renovierungen wären vorteilhaft. Uns hat sehr gestört, das man kein Fenster öffnen konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war um 8.30 Uhr fast leergefegt, es wurde nichts aufgefüllt. Nach Anmerkung, hieß es, die Person welche es macht ist krank und der Koch der da war macht das sonst nicht sondern nur Spätdienst. Traurig den das interessiert mich als zahlender Gast überhaupt nicht. Ich bin selbst staatlich geprüfte Betriebswirtin für Hotel und Gastronomie und so eine Aussage, darf nicht sein.

Weder gefrühstückt noch geparkt. Frühstück zu teuer !!!

Helt greit hotell i Altstetten. Ryddig og rent. Skulle gjerne hatt minibar/kjøleskap på rommet. Rommene er ganske små og ikke spesielt velutstyrte. Savnet også en kaffemaskin. Middagen i restauranten var ok mens frokosten var gjennomsnittlig.
