The staff are always great when I have stayed there, including this time. However, they are currently renovating and the smell of paint remover and paint is overwhelming. My bathtub and sink was clogged as well. As I already paid for the nights and was too late to cancel, I stayed.

We had to ask to be moved, the first room’s bathroom was bad. Floor was not clean, tiling looked to be done by an amateur, black spots on ceiling above shower which may have been mold. When the blind was put up there was so much “gunk” in the window track that green moss was growing…and this was on the inside. Elevator was out of order so rooms on first floor were only option. New room we were moved to was better but the bathtub/ shower surround was in poor shape. Rooms were updated but they seemed to skip the bathrooms. Buffet breakfast was alright though the waffle iron always stuck no matter how well you sprayed it. Our last morning there was no hot options as the plugs that ran the toaster, fridge, waffle iron, juice dispenser and heating trays got fried

The hotel was very clean, room was clean and big but only had one desk chair which made it difficult to relax and spend much time in the room. Breakfast was good but was on the bottom floor and the only elevator was out of service, not nice at all. The staff was very friendly at all times

Room in areas appeared not clean. Bathroom had musky/mold area wall light switch side and toilet tank side under consruction not good work. Staff more interested in having a smoke. 0620 hrs kitchen closed until 0700. Never suggested coffee was ready.
