This is a nice hotel. Its location is convenient but it’s not grand…but that’s ok. I don’t like the trend in hotels to have vinyl floors. In a hotel room, I prefer carpet for some reason…it just feels more cozy. It was very clean and the bathroom was modern. There were no amenities other than two bottles of spring water…which was very welcome. The staff is fantastic!

I have MS I M an ambassador for handicapped lodging The valley was great but the doors where too heavy for me too open and close with my disability Some of the amenities were not accessible for me as a handicap person

The front desk staff José and Nalu were awesome. We were stranded in Honolulu after my wife got hurt and needed surgery at the local Queens Medical Center. They worked closely with me during her recovery. Adjusted each day that extended my time here. Jamie Rose server was great as well.
