Luxury Apartments Prana By Cadissa

Stayed here with my husband, 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful, front desk is helpful with check in, never could get the tv in my room to actually work and the WiFi connection isn’t strong at all, especially in the rooms…. My only major complaint is on July 19th my husband booked this property for Aug 1st- Aug 5th we flew in from USA on the 5th as he was showing me the property he booked he accidentally booked the apartment again for the same night night which was July 19-20 he noticed the mistake and within 10 minutes and tried to cancel it but Prada wouldn’t cancel and kept our money anyway even though we weren’t even in the country and clearly it was a accident, so technically we had 2 reservations at this property, one was an accident and we weren’t even in the country to stay there and the other was for Aug 1-5 which we actually stayed. I think it was unfair of them not to honor the cancellation request since that was clearly a mistake, and even though we canceled right away they kept our money anyway

The place is amazing. Only thing missing is AC in the kitchen living room area other than that i highly recommended.

We liked the comfort and the quiet neighbourhood, excellent staff and very knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful place, will definitely stay there again.
