Staff was very friendly and respectful. The room was great at first until we pulled the comforter back and saw the bedding and it was really gross. So called and asked for clean bedding the lady was really nice about and apologized said they were short staffed that it should have been changed that morning! She gave us new sheets. Bathroom was not cleaned either! There was hair/pubes all in the tub and had to get cleaner and wash it myself. The towels were stained with black marks. Parking also is not easy. Also please be aware you are charged $100 deposit before checking in, no it does not say anything about that on hotels.com and was unaware of it! Thankfully we had the extra money to spare. Feel like hotels.com kinda needs to put that on here!

It's an older place but they keep it clean needs to be repainted in the room I was in, have to go to the 1st floor for ice and only working vending machine is there as well no in room mini fridge but over not a bad place for the price

Place was decent for the price. Pretty basic. Does have a pool but it's closed for maintenance 3/12/25, no fitness room. Rooms were decent. Tv didn't get too many channels. No fridge or microwave. We changed rooms because ours didnt have a shower handle but the room we changed to smelled like cigarettes. We moved back to the original room and they installed a shower handle. A few sketchy people outside the hotel and some lady screaming at someone in the hall for a few minutes in the middle of the night. The hotel is cheap and it was clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

The elevator was broken and I was on 3rd floor. My tv didn't work had to change rooms then my phone was broken. Then drink machine on 3rd floor was broken had to go down stairs again to get a drink. I have a bad knee. Front desk clerk very attentive and nice.

It was fine for the rate I paid. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I asked for a room on the top floor which I did not get. The room I had was right across from the stairs and maintenance closet, so there was quite a bit of noise. Not enough parking spaces.

It was very quiet even though it was a sold out weekend, there was a incident early in morning, where toliet overflowed & they accommodated our family very professionally & quickly got us to another room. Rooms were clean & neat. Pool is out of order at this time of hour looking for a hotel with pool, other than that we had a nice comfortable stay.

No mini fridge the ac unit was very loud which made it impossible to sleep and to top it all my wife was taking a shower and screamed for me and there were roaches in the shower when I told front desk all they said was they would swap rooms as if that was a solution!

I need to speak to a person from hotels.com. The first room had bed bugs, 2nd room had a leak coming through the ceiling onto beds and floor. The wonderful and I truly mean wonderful night person came to rooms 3 and 4 with us. Room 3 had stains on bedding so she took us to another room and again the bedding was stained she was going to change the bedding but I decided I could not stay in this location.

When checking itto my room I discovered a hanging smoke detector from a ceiling tile, peeling paint from the wall and ceiling. There was only a half roll of toilet paper and the towels had makeup on them. The next day the room house keeping made the bed but Don’t use new sheets because the same stains were on them! There was also no microwave or refrigerator in our room. The iron and and ironing board smelled of urine!

The 4th floor was dreadfully hot in the middle of the summer and the AC in the room was terrible. There are no fridges in the room. Couldnt get any towels. This was jusy an awful experience.

We weren't familiar with the area so didn't realize that it was in a sketchy part of town until we got there. The airconditioner in one of our rooms wasn't working but we were able to change rooms. 2 of 3 rooms were hot when we went in and trok a while to cool off. The check-in was good. He was very friendly and when asked , gave good information about restaurant's in the area. I didn't like finding out there was a $100 deposit on my room that I may not get back for up to a week. I also didn't like the young man at check-out. It's treatment like this that is enough to cause people to not come back. I'll be coming this way on business in the future. And will look elsewhere, a place that appreciates my patronage. It does not matter how I made the reservation, just that I'm there to experience what you have to offer.

Everything was alright except for the fact the guy working the desk texted my girlfriend flirting with her and confirming where she lives and stuff. If you work there I don’t feel like just because you have people’s information you should contact them telling them they’re cute and when being asked to leave you alone you keep harassing them by texting them. Very in appropriate and disrespectful.

Booked room, paid for room, paid security deposit, then received our door cards only to find other folks in our beds. No accommodations were made, no apologies, no nothing, and Josh, who was working, needs to be trained on how to be a decent human. P.S. Very hard to find as it's in a poor location. After Expedia charged my card when I reserved it online I got charged again when I checked in on top of the $100 security deposit. It took a while but the nice lady at the front desk in the morning got it all straightened out. Heater smelled so bad when I turned it on that I couldn't use it. On the bright side the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Spartan amenities. No breakfast, no ice machine on 2nd floor. A bit of a rough neighborhood with several homeless people nearby. Helpful front desk, comfortable bed, room ok.

There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room which was inconvenient. But the staff was friendly and welcoming. And the coffee bar was actually very good.

This is not a bad stay for a short period of time. I wouldn’t stay here for a long period of time. The staff was nice. it has been recently updated but the smell in the hallway was horrible, it smelled like cat pee and paint. Idk if that was the smell of something new that was put in or something old they were trying to cover up. But the room overall was clean and nice with the exception that there was no microwave or mini fridge in our room. As I mentioned before it looks like they have done some updates so it’s possible they haven’t been able to put those back in rooms yet. However you are close to everything, a few fast food places, and local sit down restaurant in walking distance, a gas station and Kroger, Walgreens, and CVS super close, making any necessities super accessible.

Staff were very kind and accommodating of our late arrival; easy check-in. Beds were clean and tidy. Room in need of repair; towel hook behind bathroom door was not sturdy - screws fell out of the wall. Hallway smelled of pungent Indian food for our entire stay. I rented two rooms; one of which we need to relocate because our lock completely stopped working on the door; wouldn’t latch. Hotel is situated with limited dining options but walking distance to a Walgreens and just a longer walk from that to a McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Kroger’s. We are touring musicians so this stop was a necessity but if you’re planning a family vacation, this wouldn’t be a crowd-pleaser. No pun intended. Overall we’re thankful for a solid nights rest, a shower, and laundry unit which weighed more than the dead roach in the corner of the room under the A/C unit.

This is a fine place however it is nothing like the description that was online. The building does not have any restaurants and it certainly not an Art Deco design. There was a serviceable Mexican restaurant about a block away. And a Walgreens.

The hallway my room in had full trash bags through out the hall they were there when I arrived and when I left 14 hours later. When I arrived Inhad to wait 15 minutes for an employee to check me In. I guess all of the staff was in a meeting and just ignoring customers. The room was clean the jetted tub in the room looked nasty a lot of the enamel had been scraped off and flaky.

I accidentally booked my room a day before I planned to arrive. Working through Holtels.com, even though I stayed and paid the next evening, they would not refund my money. Not only am I not staying there on my return trip, I will not be using Hotels.com or their affiliates for my upcoming travel in July and August, and after being 10 year subscriber, will never in the future.
