Great location and very cozy. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The apartment was clean and furnished nicely with comfortable furniture and color scheme and of course “seafarers welcome”! The location was perfect between small town ambience and parks and ocean nearby, about 10-15 minutes (Assateague Island). Ocean City boardwalk was a treat also and not crowded due to the off-season. It was about 10-15 minutes away too. Great restaurants within walking distance and friendly businesses were a treat. Parking was not difficult due to the layout of the town, full access. If you can’t handle stairs, it may not be a good choice, but I’m in senior age bracket and I had no problem. Everything was great! Berlin is a fantastic small town next to a bustling oceanfront city, Ocean City.

A perfect location if you want to explore downtown Berlin. It’s right in the heart of Main Street walking distance to everything.The apartment had everything we needed and was very cozy and clean . Would definitely book this spot again.

This was the perfect little place for a get-away-weekend. We loved everything about the apartment. Great floor plan, super comfortable bed, large TV and cozy living room. Sitting right over a friendly coffee shop in the heart of town made our visit most enjoyable. We parked and never needed our car. All the restaurants were within easy walking distance. The host has thought about everything, and the unit was super clean, quiet and again, very comfortable.
