New building and spacious rooms. However, the service is below the expectations as no one knows the hotel details and I have requested providing spoons, supposed to be available, never been provided.

生活習慣不一 。 工作人員資歷淺 。 因為生活習慣不一樣，所以他們要比較稍後時間先可以協助到你 。 早上甚至上沒有太多工作人員工作 。酒店無論公共空間及房間都是充滿着大量的中東香氣 。如果你身體上有敏感或者聞到這些香氣會不適的話不建議入住 。味道掩蓋整間酒店。就是中東那種香薰，或是室內香精噴霧。 酒店設施新淨 。就是文化差異。和酒店味道所以住宿只是一般。如果那種味道沒有了，其實他性價比還不錯

Most staff are helpful and polite Breakfast served on time & can be eaten in room Great view of Riyadh skyline from 11th floor ( stunning sunrise ) Spacious modern room - During check in we requested for room in middle of hallway and staff questioned us the reason ( This is the first time in all our years of travel this happened ) - Housekeeping can do better ( lots of visible strands of hair on carpet and comforter when we entered room ) - Safety concern ( We informed staff of food ordered on Careem and they replied they will help receive and deliver to our room - However to our surprise the Careem delivery man came right to our room with the food ) KSA is generally a safe country but it is the priority of the hotel to ensure that no strangers come to our room ( We were traveling as mother and daughter so this was very concerning for us ) - Nothing else in vicinity Overall a pleasant stay but will re-consider other options due to safety and location issues
