The pictures make it look pretty cool and magical. I fell for it. What it really is is a ghost town in the middle of suicide forest. There is an eerie vibe and we were the only guests. The cold Breakfast box was horrid and inedible. I don't usually review unless really good or really bad. Many igloo had tarps. Host was nice but the place needs to be closed down. I felt like our stay helped keep it open for another week. There are other igloo locations nearby.

This place was so awful! The whole site was like a ghost town! We were the only guests staying on the whole site, it was so eerie. Several of the pods were ripped and falling apart. Staff were not helpful, missing out telling us key information at check-in. Our pod was dirty, stains everywhere. The curtains were broken so we could not shut them properly at night meaning we did not have privacy. I had to tie the curtains together with my own hair accessories. In the middle of the night we had an issue and called the helpline only to find that all staff had left the site so we were completely by ourselves in the middle of the forest. The worst accommodation experience of my life.

Great area! Nice and quiet! The check-in is exactly at 1500, so don’t come early! Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Manager of the property was amazing!

The sink wouldn’t drain and the shower flooded the bathroom. Breakfast included a styrofoam container with cold sandwiches and curdled yogurt. Roughly half of the igloos were damaged and held together with duct tape.
