Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated our room on an evening, it almost sounded like a helicopter kept landing on the roof (which obviously wasn’t the case.) I appreciate white walls are hard to keep clean but the walls were very dirty with a large amount of mould, as shown in the photos. We were looking forward to this hotel due to the reviews and the photos but we were unfortunately very disappointed. On a positive note, the one staff member in the hotel was very accommodating and very kind.
