Since from the reception, pool, restaurant area.. the quality of the sheets, towels, amenities (omg)… And what about the breakfast??? Really.. speechless. But a special thanks to all staff, from the reception to the cleaning team. All very warmful, helpful, full of smiles and care with our staying. Our very special thanks! Incredible stay. The food was absolutely top class. Breakfast had lots of choices. Dinner was very impressive (we had dinner included but it would have been worth the money). Pool and restaurant terrace area beautiful to watch the sunset and relax. The toilet flush was too forceful so spilled out some water but sure this will be sorted as quick fix and didn’t affect our stay. Lovely decor and toiletries. Staff were wonderful.

Crocos is a beautiful hotel with very kind and attentive staff. It's brand new so there are still some teething issues and maintenance snagging which needs to be ironed out and hopefully in the off season these issues can be sorted. It pushes a 5* rating and deserves most of it (the breakfast in particular is awesome) but there are elements of the hotel and the service offering which are questionable. The prices being charged for food and drink are sky high, and are probably losing them money as the uptake didn't seem particularly high. I'd argue they could make more with slightly more competitive pricing. There is a brand new branded Land Rover Defender outside of the hotel but it can only be used between 11 - 15:00 and I think only to the hotel. Given the location to the port and marina one would have thought this could be better used as walking on any road in Mykonos isn't exactly safe. The room was also sold as a suite but it's really a hotel room with a personal outdoor area and a hot tub. It's nice and the decor and finish are good but it's not a suite. When there aren't cruise ships parked up the sunset view is great and is an amazing place to chill out. Overall, we are very happy with the experience but in general I wouldn't return to Mykonos as a family, it's not the right destination for people with kids in my opinion.

Such a beautiful location. Quiet, quick access to the port if you’re looking for ferry’s to other islands, amazing service and kind staff members, easy transportation arranged by the hotel, great breakfast, stunning views. Would recommend to anyone and will be happy to return again

Absolutely gem of a property with extreme attention to details. Pick up, reception, bar, restaurant and house keeping was stellar. Rooms are well appointed and the view is lovely. Morning breakfast is one of the best we have had with plethora of options to suit even the most picky eater. The people overall make it what it is and everyone of them was too notch.

The staff at this hotel are the friendliest I’ve ever come across in any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was excellent and always fresh. The rooms are well equipped and really clean. Would definitely love to come here again.

The amount I paid to say at this hotel Was not worth it at all. Our room was facing the port and so much noise. Others stayed there same time and paid 20.00 more and they had private pool and away from the street. We had nothing special Other then the room issues Staff was great and breakfast staff and service was amazing. Very clean hotel

La vue n’est pas magnifique, c’est une route où il y’a pleins de camions qui passent, les gens qui passent vous voient directement dans le jacuzzi. Il manque une poubelle dans la chambre. On entend les voitures passantes de la chambre et la lumière rentre le matin. La douche a besoin d’un renouveau. Le service était excellent et l’hôtel est beau pour prendre pleins de photos.

La vue n’est pas magnifique, c’est une route où il y’a pleins de camions qui passent, les gens qui passent vous voient directement dans le jacuzzi. Il manque une poubelle dans la chambre. Zimmer für 3 Personen etwas zu klein. Für die 3. Person blieb nur das Sofa, welches man noch nicht mal ausziehen konnte. Lage vom Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße, etwas zu laut.

The staff were nice.the decoration was new and modern. I love the breakfast option which was combination of menu and self service. Our room view was incredible. So close to town. The only thing i can say to improve was the room curtains.they aren't blackout.hot water take a bit while to get warm in bathroom.

The amount I paid to say at this hotel Was not worth it at all. Our room was facing the port and so much noise. Others stayed there same time and paid 20.00 more and they had private pool and away from the street. We had nothing special Other then the room issues Staff was great and breakfast staff and service was amazing. Very clean hotel

Our stay at Croco was wonderful. The hotel is stunning, with a perfect location right by the beach offering breathtaking views of the sea and sunset. It’s also conveniently less than a 5 minute walk to Zuma. The staff was great and very responsive to all our requests. They even went out of their way to provide us with a converter when we forgot ours. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos.

The staff at this hotel are the friendliest I’ve ever come across in any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was excellent and always fresh. The rooms are well equipped and really clean. Would definitely love to come here again.

Absolutely gem of a property with extreme attention to details. Pick up, reception, bar, restaurant and house keeping was stellar. Rooms are well appointed and the view is lovely. Morning breakfast is one of the best we have had with plethora of options to suit even the most picky eater. The people overall make it what it is and everyone of them was too notch.

We had a great stay in this brand new hotel. Espcially the girl in the coffee bar was smiling and very helpful! The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is only a 10 min. walk from the ferry terminal and 15 min. walk from the Old Town!

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, it is located in a very convenient area as it took us only 5 minutes-walk from the port and it is also 5 minutes away from the center. The rooms had an incredible view, quite spacious; I rate the food 10/10 and the staff service impeccable.

We loved our 3 night stay at Croco. Walking distance to the new port of Mykonos and two fabulous restaurants. Compass & Zuma. Only an 8 minute walk to the sea bus which takes you to Mykonos Old town €2 !! Thee most comfortable beds we have ever slept in and the best buffet / al a carte breakfast.

Incredible stay. The food was absolutely top class. Breakfast had lots of choices. Dinner was very impressive (we had dinner included but it would have been worth the money). Pool and restaurant terrace area beautiful to watch the sunset and relax. The toilet flush was too forceful so spilled out some water but sure this will be sorted as quick fix and didn’t affect our stay. Lovely decor and toiletries. Staff were wonderful.

Crocos is a beautiful hotel with very kind and attentive staff. It's brand new so there are still some teething issues and maintenance snagging which needs to be ironed out and hopefully in the off season these issues can be sorted. It pushes a 5* rating and deserves most of it (the breakfast in particular is awesome) but there are elements of the hotel and the service offering which are questionable. The prices being charged for food and drink are sky high, and are probably losing them money as the uptake didn't seem particularly high. I'd argue they could make more with slightly more competitive pricing. There is a brand new branded Land Rover Defender outside of the hotel but it can only be used between 11 - 15:00 and I think only to the hotel. Given the location to the port and marina one would have thought this could be better used as walking on any road in Mykonos isn't exactly safe. The room was also sold as a suite but it's really a hotel room with a personal outdoor area and a hot tub. It's nice and the decor and finish are good but it's not a suite. When there aren't cruise ships parked up the sunset view is great and is an amazing place to chill out. Overall, we are very happy with the experience but in general I wouldn't return to Mykonos as a family, it's not the right destination for people with kids in my opinion.

The staff were nice.the decoration was new and modern. I love the breakfast option which was combination of menu and self service. Our room view was incredible. So close to town. The only thing i can say to improve was the room curtains.they aren't blackout.hot water take a bit while to get warm in bathroom.

Overall, Croco Mykonos is a good hotel with a lot of potential, but a few details need improvement to bring it to the next level. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are exceptionally polite, friendly and welcoming. We had a great welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good. A big plus is the cooperation with Branco Beach. Having sunbeds there every day was extremely convenient during the busy Mykonos season and something we really appreciated. -For a hotel in this category, however, the in-room toiletries could be better. -The gym also needs attention. It is understandably small, but one of the two treadmills wasn’t working and there were only three sets of dumbbells. A little more equipment and better organization would make it much more functional. -There were also some unusual room design choices. Our room had an enormous shower, almost the size of a small room, yet the sinks were in the bedroom, with no sink next to the toilet, which was quite inconvenient. -The hot tub was a lovely feature in theory, but unfortunately it was right next to an electricity pole and very close to the road. -Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent in our room (mobile reception was also very weak) -Finally, the bar closes at 11pm, in Mykonos! There is no service afterwards and the minibar only offered beer as an alcoholic option. Overall a rather pleasant stay and with a few upgrades, Croco could easily move up a level.
