The good things is they have kitchenette ,Laundry are to cook prepared for food also independent but they need to change area for smoke is very smells,Cute the grass area,the front dirt all over ,not enough parking.they very friendly ,nice people.thanks

Convenient location easy to park

This property has no redeeming qualities. Everything in the place is broken. We took many pictures and if permitted we would show trhem.to unwary customers. It is in a very rundown area of Miami. No restaurants near by not even a grocery store.. A total disaster. Not worth any price.

First, they ended up sending me to a different place because there was some vandalism issue. Then they sent me to this place that is horrible. Bathroom towels were cut up there’s cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. Very disappointed last minute they made me go somewhere else which I ended up paying over a $70 Uber ride, because I went to the first place then I seven to another place will not come back again would not recommend horrible experience Also, I paid for a private room. They ended up making me go on a shared room I would like my money back

we were not provided bedding which was never stated. the property was genuinely unclean when we stepped inside. went to our room and the first thing we saw was some cockroaches and other random bugs. we turned around and walked right out.

Really nice staff, but the area is very dangerous. Had all sorts of wierd drugies interacting with me. Very unsafe at night. Property is fine but very smal room and huge cockroaches everywhere. As I said though, staff are nice. Also in Miami this is what you get for this price unless you’re in a group.

I love how clean and the fresh smell every morning when I walked to the bathroom. The area is alright. The room extremely small and no TV it definitely needs a bit of more lighting.

First we booked a room with AC double bed wifi There was non of the above We were sent to a wrong address was unable to contact anyone We were finally rerouted to the right location. Was greeted by a very confused person who Said she had no info on our reservation she lead us to a tiny, filthy room with a tiny bed. She then offer a shared room with a male occupant already in I don't understand how this dump is considered a hotel This was a bate and switch What you see on the website is far from what you get

I reserved a room with the expectation of access to the room at 3pm (the communicated check in time), air conditioning and other amenities. I arrived after 5pm and the room was not ready. I sat in my car waiting and witnessed egregious behavior by some young people across the street by the park where they loudly denigrated a young woman with verbally. When I got in the room it was after 6pm. There was no air conditioning. I called the property manager and told him the issue. I even sent him a picture of the wall thermostat showing the temperature was recording at 84 degrees farenheit. The property manager doubled down on his assertion that there was adequate air conditioning. I left and found a new place to stay. They only agreed to cancel my reservation for the remainder of my stay but still charged me for the first night. They didn't provide promised services so they shouldn't have taken any money and refunded me the full amount.

This property should not accept travellers as it feels very unsafe. The tiny double bed hardly fitted 2 people. There was only a sheet on the bed plus a small thin blanket that didn't fit the bed as it was too small. The property is used by people who live there longterm and are very noisy and moving around the property all night. On the driveway outside our window, a man sat in his truck with his engine running most of the night. This property was not a pleasant experience.

One of the best places I've stayed in Miami, the space is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Walk in to someone sleeping in my room .. Also found no privacy blinds on window had been broken leaving gaps seeing in I Do not recommended this place

I made my reservation a week in advance only to be told upon arrival that my room was not available. Then I was sent to another location where the room had no keys to lock the door. The manager promise he would take keys to me but never showed up

Horrible experience, after my reservation was confirmed I gotta an email saying, actually the room wasnt availble and I was already at the airport with no time and no phone service, I end it up with No hotel at the airport in miami til next day 8am for my connecting flight

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went to the hotel twice. The first time when I went there, no one was there. The second time when I went there, I finally got connected with the landlord, but I was told I cannot live there. It was 4:00 PM. Then, I could not find another hotel until 2:00 AM the next day. The landlord never answered my call. What is worse, it cost me another $650 in total for Lyft and the new room. This is completely unacceptable.

The requested location was changed to a different location. In the end it worked out, but I did not stay at the original selected location.
