At the heart of the home is a cosy open plan living and dining area with under floor heating throughout. Northwood Farm Cottage offers guests the chance to relax and watch Sky Sports and BT Sports/TNT BT Sports, Sky Sports via SkyGo login details provided allowing you to watch all of the Premier League and Champions League games whilst unwinding after a day walking of exploring! There are also ample spots to work from home, taking advantage of the super fast fibre broadband. There's a lovely little seating nook under the stairs perfect for reading or planning the next day's activities together. Next door through to the kitchen, it is fully equipped with modern appliances, and a breakfast bar, depending on your mood you can choose to eat here or at the dining table next door. The two bedrooms are upstairs, one with a sumptuous double bed and the other a single. Both beds are very comfortable and are kitted out with Joules linens making it extra comfortable. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Northwood Farm Cottage is the perfect base from which to discover this idyllic part of the country. Right from your doorstep are great walks and lots of countryside to explore. You are very close to the market towns of Market Drayton, Whitchurch, Llangollen, and Shrewsbury all offering, fantastic independent local shopping, great coffee shops and restaurants to visit. Also close by there is Alderford Lake, which has a lovely farm shop, and seasonal activities and events going on throughout the year. A must visit! Hawkstone Park Follies is another place to explore, jam packed with walks, trails, and private tours, with the chance to see lots of wildlife and of course the follies. Or if you like amazing food within a village setting, try the local inn. There is also an electric vehicle charging point available for overnight charging (chargeable at £10), as well as super-fast chargers just a five minute drive from the cottage.
