This "fully automated hotel" should not be authorized to operate as it has defectuous procedures leaving the clients on streets even if they already paid for accomodation. Shame on Wyndham!

This "fully automated hotel" shouldn't receive an authorization to operate. Unfortunately I booked it in advance two times in a row, both times I was not able to access the room for the first day of accomodation due to defectuous system and lack of support from the employees. They are NOT providing the hotel main door and room access code with 24 hours in advance as stipulated in theyr own procedures, arriving at the hotel the machine was supposed to deliver the code was removed, the support phone number not in operation (we arrived late and the phone number is active only to 22.30, we went to the "sister hotel" supposedly with human operated reception, but the hotel door was closed, and nobody was there, we called to the 24 h support phone number displayed on the door of this hotel only to find that they cannot help us remotely and they cannot find my reservation number even if I received a re-confirmation message of it two days in advance, and after spending 3 hours on phone, at about 2 AM they advised us to look for another hotel to accommodate.Totaly ashame!!!
