Insgesamt gut. Preise für Frühstück und Abendessen sind relativ teuer. Parken kostet 20 € pro Tag. Frühstück 25 €. Abendessen, z.b. Fleischgerichte über 30 € teilweise knapp 40 €, Currywurst 19,90 € ist sportlich. Fitnessraum ist im Preis integriert und sehr gut. Sauna ist eine vorhanden, jedoch mit knapp 10 € extra bepreist was aus meiner Sicht auch diskutabel ist.

Für die Anreise mit dem Auto hervorragend, zahlreiche, kostenpflichtige Patkplätze vorhanden. S-Bahn vor der Tür. Zimmer sauber, gut eingerichtet. Trotz Lage vor Hauptverkehrsstraße sehr ruhig. Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Duschkopf war leider undicht. Raum war durch Klima zu stark runtergekühlt. Eier beim Frühstück haben garnicht geschmeckt. Ich vermute dass es aus dem Tetrapak kam. Hotel sonst sehr schön und modern. Super Fitness und Wellnessbereich.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Zimmer, sehr sehr gutes ubd umfangreiches Frühstück. Sehr teure aber gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Self checkin ist fürchterlich, jedoch Personal da.

Et rigtig godt business-hotel, som lever op til det, man har brug for på en forretningsrejse. Værelset var fint, rent og pænt indrettet, og sengen var virkelig god. Hotellet har et veludstyret fitnessområde, som passer perfekt til et effektivt business-workout, samt sauna til afslapning efter dagen. Restaurant og morgenmad var udmærket og af god kvalitet. Derudover er parkeringsforholdene rigtig gode med P-kælder. Et hotel jeg helt klart vil benytte igen på min næste forretningsrejse.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Zimmer, Service und Ausstattung waren durchweg überzeugend. Allerdings fiel ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch im Eingangsbereich sowie in den Aufzugsvorräumen auf jeder Etage auf – insbesondere vor den Türen, die zu den Zimmern führen. Der Geruch erinnerte an ein Problem mit der Kanalisation und trübte leider den ansonsten positiven Gesamteindruck.

Zimmer wurde trotz vorheriger Anmeldung an der Rezeption nicht gemacht. Man kann Verzehr nicht auf Zimmerrechnung schreiben Am Wochenende nur eine kleine begrenzte Karte im Restaurant. Alles sehr anonym

Very nice place and helpful staff the only issue I had which to me was a big issue was the double beds only have single duvets on them which were very uncomfortable throughout the night, breakfast was nice and plenty of choices

Ich hatte ein tolles, geräumiges Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Am Wochenende war es ruhig, auch nachts. Nur die Baugeräusche am Montagmorgen waren etwas störend, da hätte ich mir einen Hinweis gewünscht. Das Frühstück am Sonntag war hervorragend, auch etwas später gab es noch eine große Auswahl und die Speisen waren frisch und warm - allein die 28 Euro p. P. sind mE etwas hoch, wenngleich durchaus gerechtfertigt. Ich würde wieder ein Zimmer dort buchen.

For a Best Western Plus it was just OK. Unable to lock shower head it kept sliding down. Bath tub was very slippery & dangerous for older guest. Last night our refrigerator was not restocked as promised. Reluctant to go back to that hotel.

Big BW hotel in the calm neighborhood of Ehrenfeld, Cologne. Hotel is clean, reception desk ladies helfpul.. My complaint is about temperature of the room, which I complo also to the reception. They said it was normal but it was not.. so i believe i will not prefer the hotel during winter times

Eine in Arroganz und Inkompetenz schwer zu schlagende Rezeptionistin. Schon vor unserem Aufenthalt (Fr-So) wurde ich telefonisch; von einer weiblichen Stimme mit spanischem Aktenz, falsch und unhöflich "abgefrühstückt". Ihre Ahnungslosigkeit ist jedoch mit einem gefährlichen maß an überschüssigem Selbstbewusstsein gepaart. So wurde mir gesagt, dass meine Begleitung und ich das Zimmer nur beziehen können wenn wir ein Zustellbett ins Zimmer stellen lassen. Eine Nutzung des Zimmers mit 3 Personen sei nicht zulässig ohne dieses extra Bett. Später stellte sich jedoch raus, dass es auch völlig in Ordnung war das Zimmer (wie erwartet) zu 3. Nutzen zu dürfen OHNE es sinnlos mit einem extra Bett zuzustellen was den Aufenthalt behindert hätte und einem Angestellten unnötog Arbeit bereitet hätte. Während des Check-In\'s habe ich dann ein Gesicht zu der Stimme bekommen. Eine sehr arrogante junge Frau die "Kunde ist König" eher als "Kunde ist Kröte" interpretiert. Fragen die gestellt wurden sind wieder inhaltlich falsch beantwortet worden (ob ich Frühstück buchen MUSS) wo zum Glück einer Ihrer Kollegen höflich und Nett ausgeholfen hat und uns ausgeholfen hat nicht unnötig einen Aufpreis zu zahlen der nicht nötig gewesen ist. Am 2. TAG wollten wir dann in die Hotelsaune. Long story short standen wir 1h in der Kälte weil die Dame beim Öffnen der Sauna die tür hinter sich zugezogen hat. Bei einer beschwerde in der Rezeption ist sie dann Ausfällig gegenüber meiner Begleitung geworden

The hotel was in a perfect location for the convention I was attending. Nice quiet area. Not to far from local transportation. Reception staff were excellent with customer service and really helpful on checking out as my ordered taxi didn't know to go. But the evening night/early reception gentlemen gave him the right directions. The two young gentlemen on the bar during my stay were extremely helpful and offered two different types of alcohol free beer. The only negative was Saturday evening where you had a technical issue. This was regarding no option to purchase evening meals, drinks as it was cash only. Especially as I was at a very busy convention and didn't have time to eat.. The hotel was in a perfect location for the convention I was attending. Nice quiet area. Not to far from local transportation. Reception staff were excellent with customer service and really helpful on checking out as my ordered taxi didn't know to go. But the evening night/early reception gentlemen gave him the right directions. The two young gentlemen on the bar during my stay were extremely helpful and offered two different types of alcohol free beer. The only negative was Saturday evening where you had a technical issue. This was regarding no option to purchase evening meals, drinks as it was cash only. Especially as I was at a very busy convention and didn't have time to eat.. Therefore had to go into the centre of Köln to find a restaurant to eat. This was the only negative to a good stay.

Zimmer recht neu, sauber. Parkplatz eher teuer, geht außerhalb einfacher. Etwas abgelegen, etwas weiterer Weg zu ÖPNV. I was not able to use the express check in for.some reason it wouod not let me. I stood at the reception desk to ask for help and the man on reception completely ignored me whilst on a phone call for a good 20 mins. He did not indicate he would be woth me shortly, or ask someone else to see me, just didnt look at me. It was very rude and unprofessional.

Almost all communication from the hotel was only in German, except for a booking confirmation (addressed to "Mr/Mrs [LAST_NAME]"), and request for a review. A little out of the city but once we had worked out tram stops worked well for us. Comfortable clean room, just what we needed. We parked at a park and ride to avoid costly hotel parking and emissions fee. Worked out €30 for 48 hours rather than €50 at hotel.

Für die Anreise mit dem Auto hervorragend, zahlreiche, kostenpflichtige Patkplätze vorhanden. S-Bahn vor der Tür. Zimmer sauber, gut eingerichtet. Trotz Lage vor Hauptverkehrsstraße sehr ruhig. Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Big BW hotel in the calm neighborhood of Ehrenfeld, Cologne. Hotel is clean, reception desk ladies helfpul.. My complaint is about temperature of the room, which I complo also to the reception. They said it was normal but it was not.. so i believe i will not prefer the hotel during winter times

Really clean and welcoming hotel. Modern rooms with good facilities, clean and quiet. Ideal location 45 min walk for FC Koln stadium to watch a Euros match. Also about 30 min walk to the city centre which was ideal as away from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again and recommend with confidence.

Insgesamt gut. Preise für Frühstück und Abendessen sind relativ teuer. Parken kostet 20 € pro Tag. Frühstück 25 €. Abendessen, z.b. Fleischgerichte über 30 € teilweise knapp 40 €, Currywurst 19,90 € ist sportlich. Fitnessraum ist im Preis integriert und sehr gut. Sauna ist eine vorhanden, jedoch mit knapp 10 € extra bepreist was aus meiner Sicht auch diskutabel ist.

Very clean and tidy hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. Wanted to extend our stay with one night and they were very helpful and let us keep our room one more night. The breakfast was good with many options. The parking was a little expensive but worth it since we could park just outside the hotel. I recommend this hotel.
