I was absolutely disgusted that I booked this property a few months ago and the day I arrived on the 15/08 I was told we only had one room and he had a room at a different location away from my family. I went to view the other property and was absolutely disgusted to what I witnessed and refused to accept this other property as it was not safe for my family especially my youngest son and also my daughter. I refused it so we had to share one room as it was too late to book anywhere else. I asked for a refund and I was refused a refund except offered a night stay for 2 rooms tonight when I have no intention to go back there also I am over 700km away from Paris at this moment in time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Please don’t book this place. They are scammers. The manager didn’t respond to my messages and calls . I was visiting Paris for my birthday and when I reached there the care taker said she can’t do anything, though they had taken my payment. I stood there for 45 minutes before booking a cab & another hotel. The place is way too far from the city you will end up spending more in transportation. The place smelled of smoke. I had to sue the washroom so I requested to use it before leaving as the city would be another 50 mins and to my horror the washroom didn’t have running water & the flush was not working. I spoke to Expedia as well but even they couldn’t do a refund. Expedia shouldn’t list such places. I ended up wasting about 100 euros for uber to and from the place & the hotel price as well. They ruined my day . Worst worst worst place & Expedia please look into it and get me refunded. I will stop using Expedia as well now!!

Bonjour, Je vous contacte afin de vous faire part de mon profond mécontentement concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, la chambre était extrêmement froide, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable. Ensuite, la situation la plus grave est que deux individus sont entrés dans ma chambre aux alentours de midi sans autorisation ni explication. Cela est totalement inacceptable et m’a fait me sentir en insécurité. Par ailleurs, une femme de ménage est également entrée dans ma chambre sans même frapper alors que j’étais en train de me changer. Cette absence totale de respect de l’intimité est inadmissible. Je souhaite également signaler l’état déplorable des toilettes et de la salle de bain communes, qui étaient extrêmement sales. Des sous-vêtements avaient même été laissés sur place, ce qui est inacceptable d’un point de vue de l’hygiène et du respect des clients. Cette expérience a été particulièrement désagréable et très loin du niveau de service attendu dans un hôtel. Je souhaite donc déposer une réclamation officielle et obtenir des explications ainsi qu’un geste commercial de votre part. Dans l’attente de votre retour.
