Possibly one of the best stays we've had in a harbour town and one of the best anywhere. Clean, smart tv, large bathroom with tub and shower. Lots of fast, hot water. We had the Classic King. The entire unit was very large with a great view of the harbour and dock street. Staff and Stephanie (owner) both were a pleasure to talk with. Do yourself a favor and book a couple of nights for a relaxing getaway. We'll be back!

Nice hotel in the oldest part of Shelburne directly on the bay. Shops and restaurants at walkable distance. Newly updated ,very spacious room and friendly reception. Free coffee available outside our room. Walls are rather thin but no real problem during our stay.

Room 1 is a huge, dual-aspect, harbour-view room with no less than four large windows to the front and three to the left. The superking bed is supremely comfortable, and the warm welcome from Stephanie is second to none. I have never before seen such a wide assortment of coffee flavours in a hotel room. Parking is complimentary and just across the street. Excellent stay.

This property was a pleasant surprise . Situated in a quiet bay with a beautiful sunset. We actually had a bedroom with 2 very comfortable beds and a spacious living room with a view. Coffee, tea, and biscuits etc were an added treat in the common area. The area was very quaint and historic. We even encountered a group of “Loyalists” actors so we were brought back to the 1700’s!

Albert’s Inn Shelburne NS Room #1 has the most exquisite views all day, all night, with 7 windows in the main room overlooking the harbour with nobody looking back. Open the secret panel in the bathroom to reveal that view from the massive soaker tub in the elegantly appointed bathroom. A gorgeous room with a full kitchen, you cannot be disappointed!

Our suite was gorgeous and the views are spectacular from the room. The town is charming. Our hostess Stephanie got us a reservation at Charlottes for 7 course seafood dinner that was so delicious. Highly recommend.

Stephanie greeted us at the door as we arrived and welcomed us not only to Albert's (her establishment) but to Shelburne as a community. Stephanie had already provided us with the offer to make dinner reservations which we unfortunately declined as we had a very late lunch after driving in off the Digby ferry. Everything about the check in process was enjoyable and we were provided direct access to Stephanie should something go amiss. Nothing went amiss other than your's truly messing up Stephanie's wonderful communal coffee/espresso/latte machine which Albert's staff had tidied up and made operational almost immediately. All in all a wonderful experience and 1 night was not enough so I am already planning my trip back

Stephanie greeted us at the door as we arrived and welcomed us not only to Albert's (her establishment) but to Shelburne as a community. Stephanie had already provided us with the offer to make dinner reservations which we unfortunately declined as we had a very late lunch after driving in off the Digby ferry. Everything about the check in process was enjoyable and we were provided direct access to Stephanie should something go amiss. Nothing went amiss other than your's truly messing up Stephanie's wonderful communal coffee/espresso/latte machine which Albert's staff had tidied up and made operational almost immediately. All in all a wonderful experience and 1 night was not enough so I am already planning my trip back

The building is funky for a hotel. Literally on the water, We had a fabulous view out the harbour past the yacht club. A fun place to stay. Beds comfortable . Very spacious.
