Ocean Surf at York Beach

One of the most dog friendly places we have ever stayed. The staff was great. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel was court ordered to shut down and moved us to a different location. Unfortunately, the other location was not prepared to be open yet for the season and did not have TV or wifi available.

Cute place, very welcoming check-in, couldn’t have been nicer. Really like the aesthetic in the room - nice details. The tv is beyond me, can’t figure it out and no directions, but that must mean I need to unplug! Very comfortable bedding, dog fee $75 was a surprise but that’s ok. Overall a very nice place across from the beach.

We had no WIFI which would have been fine if their TVs weren’t Roku only. It was a rainy weekend and I was fine with settling in the room after supper, but it would have been nice to be able to watch some tv. The first night my husband went over, in the pouring rain, to see what was going on. I tried calling their phone number but had to leave a message. No call back. Stated it was a provider issue and offered a $25 bar credit. Second night WiFi was “fixed” but we kept getting booted from TV and internet! Had similar issue with their sister motel last year. Chose to stay here because it had been renovated. Closet was too tall to reach hangers. Poor design.

Great location. The owner and staff were amazing with warm and friendly service. Upon our arrival we were greeted and welcomed as if they had known us for a long time. My husband and I were impressed with their attention to detail that we are returning soon and staying again at this location.
