Convenient location to nearby facilities. Lobby was clean. Multiple stains on carpet in room. Patch of spackling on ceiling was gone. Tv required login into personal subscriptions otherwise couldn’t use.

Lobby was newly redone, no elevator so you take stairs where the carpet is coming off and the steps are falling apart (coming down you feel like you’re going to slip off). 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was newly painted and redecorated but the floors were carpet and stained and very dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Bed was also very uncomfortable. We did not know you had to request housekeeping and there in nobody on the property between 10pm-6am so we did not get fresh towels and only had 1 roll of toilet paper. We won’t be staying again.

We didn't stay and I hope I'm not billed for it. It was under renovation and in the halls were machines and tools all over. It had no elevator and I have a bad knee. It looks nothing like what is on the website.

This hotel was previously Country Hearth Inn which was more than run down. The new owner has added some new paint and a very few new amenities but a pig with lip stick is still a pig. I guess Days Inn will let anyone be a franchise. Never again!

Like: the staff was frlendly and helpful. Suggestions: for a posted non-smoking motel the second floor hallway reeked of stale tobacca cigarete. first appearances are important. two different people at the event I attended decided not to stay at the motel due to the broken leather covering on the sofas in the enterance

Filthy room Sheets had black spots all over them , Clearly no one cleans the rooms good Cobwebs and ????? All over in the corners and edges Still have covid stuff up at check in , so ya cant hear anything, and its all sealed up 6/7 ft tall. Employees talking in the hall all night , and live upstairs, making loadddd noise alllllllll night

Still under construction from previous fire. Parking lot was messy. Paid thru Expedia then got billed a second time after arrival. Called hotel about bill and was put on hold for a long time. I had to call Expedia to get hotel to issue a refund for charging me again for room. They did just get a new billing system so it could be part of the issue. But as far inside appearance the remodel looked nice. New beds tvs,etc

The room was very nice. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. There was mold in the shower along the shower door and around the drain. Also the bathroom fan was very loud. Other than that the room was pleasant and quiet.

The first room I was booked into smelled like dog urine. They gave me another room and it was clean. No issues. Front desk was very nice. Hotel older but looks to have been renovated.

- Had to set up TV with your phone, which we did not do - Refrigerator was not cold, although freezer portion was solid ice build up - Bathroom floor was dirty - No trash can in bathroom - 2 skimpy bath towels in bathroom - constant running fan when bathroom light was on - Light switches were backwards... up was off, down was on - Lamp did not have light bulb, reception desk said, yes they knew - Difficult time getting key to work Positives: Bed and temperature were comfortable

The staff was awesome, but my room was super noisy. The room next to me was some kind of mechanical room, and it buzzed all night. The room above me was making so much noise and banging, I could feel it through the walls in my bed. I didn't get any sleep. The hotel doesn't have any staff at night, just a computer in the lobby for check-ins. I wasn't sure how to even complain about it. The bathroom was a bit weird too. The shower door was held up by what looked like a robe tie and a hair tie to keep it closed on the opposite side from where you walk in.

Good for price. Only complaint was fan had to stay on with bathroom light. Very loud fan sounded like a jet engine. Elderly needed light on however fan way to loud. Evening desk clerk was very helpful and was so nice.

My son and I had to be in town for a family function. I've stayed here many times over the years, it is my go-to hotel in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. It's Washington Court House. We don't look for 5 star service, but we are always in good hands here. Will definitely be back the next time we're required to be in town.

I had to call Expedia to get hotel to issue a refund for charging me again for room. They did just get a new billing system so it could be part of the issue. But as far inside appearance the remodel looked nice. New beds tvs,etc

Still under construction from previous fire. Parking lot was messy. Paid thru Expedia then got billed a second time after arrival. Called hotel about bill and was put on hold for a long time. Convenient location to nearby facilities. Lobby was clean. Multiple stains on carpet in room. Patch of spackling on ceiling was gone. Tv required login into personal subscriptions otherwise couldn’t use.

Nice quiet, clean room. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and clean bathroom. Breakfast had options of Jimmy Dean breakfast croissants, yogurt, cereals, and Pop tarts, breakfast bars.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The room was clean, and the front-desk staff were courteous and helpful. Nearly everything was prepackaged and full of sugar, though. Still, I’ve definitely seen worse hotel breakfasts. The biggest downside was the noise. The doors were extremely squeaky, and the stairs creaked a ton, so you could hear people moving around. It also seemed like anyone could enter and roam the upstairs hallways without a room key, which felt a little sketchy. Overall, it was a decent stay for the money with a clean room and helpful staff, but the noise and unsecured hallways brought it down—3/5.
