Well, the hotel needs to work on a better maintenance, the wall paper on the bathrooms is falling, there is rust every where on the building, lots of old furniture thrown behind the building. And the show at night is very poor, almost a waste. On a good note, food was wxcellent, the slides are good and hopefully they are planning to add some more. All and all a good experience, but needs a little tighting up to make it a better experience.

Pros: All inclusive so one less thing to worry about. Air conditioning worked well. The stray dogs and cats on the property added a unique experience. Beach was nice with tons of seashells. Cons: Nothing peaceful about this resort. Pool side DJ blasting 90’s hits. Think YMCA mixed with a rave vibe. Drunk dads at the swim up bar. Nightly shows on the outdoor stage ended at 10pm. Even if you were not interested in joining you still felt like they were in your room. You can hear every word of every person walking through the halls and in neighboring rooms. Bring a sound machine/ear plugs if you want to fall asleep before 11pm. Plan on eating the same thing almost everyday unless you are very lucky and score a reservation at one of the 3 restaurants. You must wait in a line at 10am to try to get a reservation. We tried daily but nothing was available. The buffet was outside but enclosed with netting. HOT! Get to the buffet early for the fresh food. By the end of the service all cold food was hot and wilted. The gym is only available for 16+ even with a parent. Our 14 year olds who are both in training for sports were not allowed to work out with us. We made the best of it and took some local trips and overall had a great time in Panama but the resort however was disappointing overall.

Excellent service with consideration to accommodate the needs of international travelers. Excellent amenities.
