There was no hot water! The staff was contacted after check in from 1 of 2 rooms and told they were working on the boiler. 2nd room woke up to water coming down the ceiling of the bathroom and when contacting the front desk was told they could move rooms but was not told there still wasn't hot water. I did not change rooms as I was checking out after taking a cold shower.

The hotel was immaculately clean and maintained. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The desk clerk Tiffany was very helpful and accommodating when we checked. Highly recommend the La Quinta Inn in Bardstown. It will be the place we stay whenever we visit Bardstown!!

My experience for my stay at the hotel was good for the most part. My critique of the room is as follows. The WIFI signal in my assigned room was not good. My devices would not connect. The HVAC unit was very noisy. When the room reached the set temperature, the unit in the room was still running. At one point a fan motor started making loud noises. I was unable to turn turn the system completely off. There was a smoking area just outside the room and the oder from the smokers somehow wafted right into the room. It was bad enough that I was worried I would be accused of smoking in the room. I'm a non smoker so this was unpleasant.
