This is one of the few hotels actually on the beach so beach access was easy and there were good restaurants within walking distance. The parking garage was nice but it's not big enough to handle the vehicles of all the guests. The rooms were nice (all suites). Breakfast was average and the exercise room was slightly below average.

Stay was nice room was very comfortable. Location is great. Free margaritas were really good. The elevator could be a bit of a line and wait even though it was a double it operated from one switch.

King size bed was super comfortable, or room did not have a kitchen option, however did have a fridge and microwave. Location is in close proximity to quite a few restaurants and activities. Right on the beach and pool was clean.

Great hotel, which seemed to be recently renovated, right on the beach and next door to many dining options. Staff was cordial and accommodating. Parking garage has 2 levels with minimal spots but lot next door had plenty.

Have been staying here often this summer, and stay was great as usual. Changed to a full beach view suite from a partial view, and hotel staff checked us in at 11:00AM checkout of previous room, directly into new room at no cost( try that in Vegas). Only areas that could be better are pool area that is antiquated and parking could be a little larger and better lit. Hotel is one of the best bargains on the coast.

Everything was great. Parking in the parking garage was limited unfortunately and my truck is rather long so trying to turn around to descend from the covered parking was bit difficult. There could be more lighting in the parking lot.

Absolutely fantastic room! We had a partial beach view & it was NICE. We want to live there! The only negative is the ice machine is only on the 5th floor for a hotel that has 9 floors

First time and I drove 6hrs for a day trip. Beautiful views. Partial street and beach! Huge room. Apartment style. Appliances included. I only spoke with the front desk lady but every employee I encountered was nice. Pretty clean. Parking is ok. No overnight disturbance. I would recommend staying here! Side note: They have a bar and breakfast. I didn't get a chance to enjoy either bc of my schedule. Next time I guess

My family stayed in an ocean view suite. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. Everything you need is included. The staff was very friendly and quickly responded to our needs when we requested extra towels. Our only complaint was the beds were not super comfortable. The King size bed in our room popped/creaked. Not sure if the base was broken or if the mattress just needed to be replaced. The shower knob was wonky and would fall off in the extra bathroom, but this was something minor that we overlooked. The view was amazing and in walking distance to many restaurants. The pool was always clean. Being on the beach, the hotel did not smell. The staff did a wonderful job of making sure the floors were clear of water and sand. We ended up requesting a late check out to enjoy more time on the beach since a thunderstorm took away from our beach time. The staff was very accommodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you, South Beach Hotel, for an enjoyable stay.

The room was filthy. The walls need to be cleaned and painted. The floors were dirty. The bedroom does not have adequate air flow so it’s stuffy. The property felt really old and outdated.

This is our 3rd time staying here. It is always a pleasure. Love being in the beach and walking the boardwalk to nearby restaurants. The staff are so friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This hotel is right on the beach, it is clean but the hotel elevator did smell of smoke when we got on. The restaurant/bar/ breakfast area is really cool. It is on the third floor and there is seating outside on the balcony. There is also a boardwalk behind the hotel that follows along the beach to other businesses and restaurants. Our room had a balcony that had a beach view. It was very nice. I would recommend to friends going to the coast.

Fabulous staff, beautiful room and the most uncomfortable bed imaginable. The view from the restaurant was spectacular. My only real con was the bed was uncomfortable and it squeaked when you rolled over.

We had the two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Like our own apartment. Full sized appliances in the kitchen and plenty of sleeping space. There were 6 of us and there was so much space. The beds were comfortable..even the sleeper sofa. Everything smelled clean and nice. Loved, LOVED the view!! We had a wonderful trip and we can’t wait to go back!

Great location on the beach with good restaurants within walking distance. Checked in 2 hours early without issue. The room was a good size with everything you need. There was a microwave, stove, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator. 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and convenient. Nice water pressure with a rain head shower. Bed was a little hard for me but 90% of beds are, so I’m not a good one to review that part. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

All was good, we did have issue with shower being broken but once told they were quick to fix it. Bed mattress is old and has springs, not to comfortable. This was out 2nd time to stay there and hope many more.

The property itself is fine for a night or two, but needs insulation updates because the city view king studio we stayed in Oct. 26-29 was at the very front of the hotel on the 7th floor and it was soooooooo noisy. No buffer between the traffic noise and the privacy of the room. The room itself was clean and ready when we checked in an hour early. The bathroom door wouldnt latch shut and the toilet ran non stop. Otherwise it worked for what we needed. Staff we encountered were nice.

We’ve stayed at this particular venue in the past and were not disappointed. The staff has always been friendly and more than accommodating. Our CSR on todays trip upgraded our room to give us a better view and that small act of kindness did not go unnoticed. My husband and I were more than appreciative. From start to finish she was professional, kind and she possessed such a warm personality. Give the gal a raise. She is more than well deserving of it ❤️

I literally booked this property while getting off the interstate in Biloxi. We had just drove from Louisiana to Alabama, then from Alabama to Biloxi all because the hotel canceled our reservation in Alabama (over booked)! My fiancé and I were so upset to the point we wanted to just leave the state of Alabama all together! My family and I were SOAKED because we had been at the waterpark all day in bama and didn’t have a hotel to go to. . However, this hotel was very accommodating and checked us right in. We stayed 2 days and I must say we enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were great each day, the breakfast was great, and the parking was easy. We only had one small issue with the Direct TV channels pausing. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance very quickly to resolve the issue. I will definitely stay here again because I loved it so much!! I just want to thank them from turning our “disaster vacation” around. ❤️

Our stay was very relaxing and upon arriving the front desk representative was very friendly . We immediately received an upgrade in room. Our room was clean. Throughout our stay every staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Though housekeeping service said towels , cleaning would be only daily if the stay was 7 days ( ours was 5 days) , we did receive housekeeping service supply towels and remove trash ( per our request). No beds were made during our stay. The only change I would recommend is to provide daily housekeeping.

Have been staying here often this summer, and stay was great as usual. Changed to a full beach view suite from a partial view, and hotel staff checked us in at 11:00AM checkout of previous room, directly into new room at no cost( try that in Vegas). Only areas that could be better are pool area that is antiquated and parking could be a little larger and better lit. Hotel is one of the best bargains on the coast.

Im so happy I went with this hotel. My favorite feature is the boardwalk that’s conveniently located in front of the hotel. No need to cross over the street to go to the beach. It was such a nice stay after working 15 hour days for this work trip and just coming back to the beach.

We enjoyed it! It was located right on the beach, no need to cross roads. Each room has a balcony, depending on the room you get you might have an ocean view, a partial ocean view. The pool was standard size and goes from 3.5ft to 5.5ft. We hit the perfect time, just after the weekend of July 4th. There were very few people, chill and quiet. It was within walking distance of several restaurants.

The room views were excellent and perfect with the surrounding businesses to not have to drive outside the hotel area to eat and shop. The boardwalk is a great asset to the areas as well.

I love this hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The balcony beach view is very nice. The check-in process was easy and seamless. The only negative to this place is their breakfast which is very minimal - no protein options. We went next door to Tacky Jacks for a wonderful breakfast. The reef is next door on the other side, and they have amazing crab cakes and flounder, as well as wonderful late night music.

This is one of the few hotels actually on the beach so beach access was easy and there were good restaurants within walking distance. The parking garage was nice but it's not big enough to handle the vehicles of all the guests. The rooms were nice (all suites). Breakfast was average and the exercise room was slightly below average.

So we found out on check in that this hotel only has a restaurant for dinner and a bar on weekends! We would not have stayed here! I don’t like the set up at all! I would not recommend this hotel! The only saving Grace is the view from our room is partially of the beach and it’s beautiful! Otherwise it’s over priced!

Room was giant and clean. Staff super friendly. Breakfast of powdered eggs and dry biscuits, lukewarm sausage, no decaf coffee, bread and prepackaged sweet rolls. Do not book for the breakfast. Book for the great space and wonderful view and beach access.

The breakfast is good but they cook 1 small tray at a time creating long waits. No towels can be found for the pool area it is always empty other than this it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is right on the beach, it is clean but the hotel elevator did smell of smoke when we got on. The restaurant/bar/ breakfast area is really cool. It is on the third floor and there is seating outside on the balcony. There is also a boardwalk behind the hotel that follows along the beach to other businesses and restaurants. Our room had a balcony that had a beach view. It was very nice. I would recommend to friends going to the coast.

Stayed two nights on way through. Very nice large suite and balcony with decent Gulf view. Having extra half-bath was a bonus. Well maintained with only a couple nits (no sink stopper, chipped tile on floor). A bit of street and train noise, not bad. Great restaurants within walking distance. Loved the beach access, boardwalk, and pool. Definitely would stay again.

We love this property. I stayed here with my son one time about a year ago and it was so awesome being able to go straight onto the beach however, this time the beach was closed. There was no way to get on the beach. You wouldn’t have to drive several miles and neither direction to get there. None of this was told us on booking. It was a horrible experience. There was construction going on on the beach all night on 24 seven with beeping all night long. It was horrible if they had let us know we would’ve stayed somewhere else.m We are very unhappy with this property because they could’ve warned us that the beach was closed when they’re advertising beachfront property that you can walk right on the beach
