Stayed here for our trip to Zion National Park. Loved the cottage. Very clean, modern with ample room. Space could accommodate 6 people comfortably. My wife made waffles with the waffle mix and waffle maker which was provided. Several restaurants nearby. We stayed at multiple places on our national park tour and this was our favorite.

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting Zion National Park. The place was as listed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having a bathroom off of each bedroom was great for two couples. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to the park.

Our family had a lovely stay at this super clean,nicely furnished, well equipped spacious rental.in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well supplied. Location is close to restaurants and a very good supermarket, House has a patio with a gas grill which came in handy when preparing dinner. I would,therefore, not hesitate to recommend!!!!

The kitchen size was great, although I feel the dishwasher may be on its last leg. I wish the windows had screens on them. 25/30 min from Zion, off a main/busy road. Very loud. .5 miles from the grocery store “Davis” which was nice. Sink pressure in kitchen is extremely low, having a washer/dryer was nice. Loved the bed set up with bathrooms- great for families or more people. Overall good house but needs some updates and location was a little sketch.

From the moment we walked into the property, we knew we would be happy staying there. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for showers and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. There's a grill and outdoor patio as well. It was nice to sit in the sun and enjoy a cup of coffee. The neighborhood was ok, and we felt safe. The location to Zion couldn't be more perfect. It's only a 15 minute or so drive away. If you're horseback riders, check out Jacobs Ranch. It's also a few minutes down the road. It was a great horseback riding experience if you're not a novice or faint of heart. We also ate at a restaurant right around the corner called Stage Coach Grille. Homemade food and delicious! All in all, a wonderful stay! If we ever hit Zion again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Adequately sized rental unit that was clean and served its purpose as a place for us to relax after our day of fun and then sleep. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, washer/dryer was convenient to have. The location was perfect for our planned activities in the area. We attended RedBull Rampage and did some mountain biking at the J.E.M. Trails. Good thing there was only 3 of us because if you maxed out at the 6 person capacity of the unit, I can see it getting cramped. There is a nearby restaurant you can walk to. Grocery store and gas stations super close driving distance. My main reason for booking this place is that it had a level 2 EV charger on property/nearby. No garage. There were some minor issues that I left them a message about - no battery in the igniter switch for the outdoor BBQ. Ice maker not working and 2 out of the 4 ice cube trays were broken. I wouldn’t dock their rating because of it but hopefully they will have these minor issues fixed for future guests. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for exploring ZionNational park! only 25 minutes from the south and north entrances. Very nice to have 2 big bedrooms with king size beds in each plus 2 bathrooms. Perfect for couples traveling together. The place was clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

My family and I LOVED this home! The check-in process was super easy and our home was neat and clean when we arrived. We loved the full kitchen! We were able to cook up some meals we enjoy at home thanks to all the amenities that were provided. There was plenty of space for my family of four with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds and a bathroom in each room. The living space was very cozy, too. We also loved how close this location was to Zion National Park - which was the main reason we booked this location! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in La Verkin, for visiting Zion or even for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park as well!

This home was so cute and perfect! My family and I only stayed for one night however we wished we stayed longer! It was perfect distance form Zion national park! The house itself was so clean and cozy! It had everything we needed and more! I will be coming back here for sure!

Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the space was perfect. We were only there one night, but we all felt at home here. And it was close to the entrance at Zion - around 20 minutes. We were very happy with our stay!

Perfect location. Really comfy beds but need better sheets, they slipped off the corners during the night. The living room and dining furniture are very worn. Dirty dishes in the cabinets,and kitchen floor needed mopped. The bathroom really needs a deep clean and the fan vents were covered with dust.If we were to stay here again, I would pack some cleaning supplies.

The house was just so clean and comfortable loved it and they have everything you could every imagine to use there !!! Cons: on a busy street with a lot going f loud cars at night as I am light sleeper that was tough . It is a drive to zion as we like to get up and get there at 6 am. But over all of t was very nice and if we brought another family it would be perfect ! Thanks

This place fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen allowed us to provide our own meals instead of eating out. Only 20 min to Zion…an easy drive. Would stay again

This unit was perfect for our stay. 2 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Kitchen and dining area was adequate as was the main living area. Very convenient for our day to visit Zion National Park.

I loved the setup of the house. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The kids loved being able to all be in the same room. Close to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was great & easy to access the National Parks. House was clean & pictures were perfect. Door was unlocked & open when we checked in so that was a little crazy as it was after midnight, had to reach out twice in the morning to get someone to help with the lock so we could leave for the day. After that, everything went smoothly & we enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in La Verkin, for visiting Zion or even for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park as well!
My family and I LOVED this home! The check-in process was super easy and our home was neat and clean when we arrived. We loved the full kitchen! We were able to cook up some meals we enjoy at home thanks to all the amenities that were provided. There was plenty of space for my family of four with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds and a bathroom in each room. The living space was very cozy, too. We also loved how close this location was to Zion National Park - which was the main reason we booked this location! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in La Verkin, for visiting Zion or even for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park as well!

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting Zion National Park. The place was as listed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having a bathroom off of each bedroom was great for two couples. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to the park.

Very conveniently located home in proximity to Zion. Local hiking access also hardly 5 minutes away and close to local coffee shops and restaurant. Clean home in a quiet spot FAR from I-15. Hope to visit again with mountain bikes!

This place fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen allowed us to provide our own meals instead of eating out. Only 20 min to Zion…an easy drive. Would stay again

The house was a perfect location to Zion & St. George. We were close to stores & restaurants with lots of hiking opportunities in the area.

The kitchen size was great, although I feel the dishwasher may be on its last leg. I wish the windows had screens on them. 25/30 min from Zion, off a main/busy road. Very loud. .5 miles from the grocery store “Davis” which was nice. Sink pressure in kitchen is extremely low, having a washer/dryer was nice. Loved the bed set up with bathrooms- great for families or more people. Overall good house but needs some updates and location was a little sketch.

Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the space was perfect. We were only there one night, but we all felt at home here. And it was close to the entrance at Zion - around 20 minutes. We were very happy with our stay!

Our stay was good. We had no issues getting into the house and it had everything we needed. Most everything was decently clean but the floors were filthy and didn’t appear to have been cleaned in quite a while. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

This was the perfect stay for our adventures in Zion. The house was very spacious and had great amenities. It was very quiet, yet close enough to many restaurants and only about 25 min from Zion. There were 3 of us and we were super comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and kind when I had questions. If we are ever back in the area, I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We really enjoyed our stay at ZC1! Mattresses were comfortable and there were extra blankets for each bed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The water got nice and hot! Check-in and checkout were seamless. We accidentally left a bag when we checked out, and they let us know quickly enough that we were able to go back for it. Communication was great. We appreciate all the extras that were included, like shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower and lots of kitchen items like a pizza cutter and rice cooker. The location is great; only 20 minutes to Zion National Park. We would definitely stay here again!
