Parking Garage wouldnt open a single time. Bed lining hat holes in it. Strange smell in the bath room, maybe from a previouse water leakage? Rooms are quite small for the price of the hotel. Transformer in the electrical cabinet of the room was noisy. Breakfast was very good.

Beautifully positioned and very clean and comfortable. View from the atrium is beautiful. Steps down to a stunning stretch of beach. We were there when war with Iran broke out and the safe room was well equipped and comfortable. In these difficult circumstances the staff did all they could to help us.

C’est un hôtel avec des chambres vraiment sympa. Spacieuses, avec vus sur la mer et un petit balcon. Situé sur la plage, avec une piscine vue sur la mer. On retourne régulièrement dans cet hôtel quand on va à hertzilya. Un seul problème, il y avait des tâches dans la baignoire ou alors était-ce cassé, on a demandé à la réception mais rien n’a été fait et ils ne nous ont pas répondu. Dommage, c’était un peu gênant tout de même.

We stayed at the Okeanos Herbert Samuel for 8 night in early June and had a spacious comfortable room with great pool facilities and breakfast. We loved the calm atmosphere and location to the beach. When the war broke out the staff went above and beyond expectations making sure we had everything we needed and were all amazing in what was a very stressful time. The shelter on ground floor felt very safe and comfortable despite the number of time we went there. Limor and her team were exceptional and we can not thank them enough for all the support during a very difficult time for them all. We will definitely be back again when we next return to Israel in hopefully more peaceful times

Air con not working properly in first room. Took a determined effort to get the hotel staff on duty to acknowledge the issue before eventually moving us to a room where the air con was ok. Attitude problem! 2nd room comfortable & quiet. Pool area ok but spoilt by over loud house music blaring. If the idea was to dissuade guests from staying too long it worked brilliantly. Only one towel per person allocated, had to collect from reception. Decent breakfast and complimentary cakes all day in the lower lobby area.

From beginning to end our stay was exceptional. Ganit who checked us in took incredible care of us throughout our trip. She always had a smile and treated us like family. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and beautiful. The pool area was magnificent and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Hertzelia again.

Very inconvenient place for disable / elderly people. No parking . No bell boy . You can’t even get to the Entrance with a car. We got an extremely narrow room that we could hardly walk in to.

Ilana at the front desk is kind, lovely and gave many great recommendations. The who hotel is spotless and airy. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful and faces the Mediterranean Sea. The pool is clean and has conviennent access to the beach. The rooms have a sea view and great amenities- mini fridge and Nespresso machine.

Room (floor, towels) was not very clean. I turned on the "please dont disturb sign", but the house keeping staff entered the room. Rezeptionists (Leon and his colleague) and another cleaning man were very nice and helpful. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and clean. The terrace doors leaked, water came in when it rained.

Hôtel sale. Balcons très sale Le service de ménage ne faisait pas de ménage en profondeur (mur de la cabine de douche sale saleté sur la table de nuit …) Nous avions 2 réservations nous avons demandé s’il serait possible de rajouter une chambre le personnel nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet alors que quelques minutes plus tard nous l’avons faite par le biais d’hôtels.com et tout a fonctionné. Nous avons demandé un lit bébé pour notre fille qui a 2 ans et on nous a répondu qu’elle n’en a pas besoin à son âge! J’ai fait les demandes tous les jours mais on nous en a jamais fourni un. Bref établissement que je ne recommande pas du tout.

The location is spectacular and eating breakfast with this view every morning was wonderful and delicious! The hotel is undergoing renovation so the current condition as of Feb 2025, which was a bit worn, will be refreshed in the coming months. The top floors are already being renovated. Recommended!

This place is a scam. I booked a week in August, but the room was dirty and in terrible condition. We asked for a refund and were promised a full one, yet we only got half back. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Truly disappointing!

Beautifully positioned and very clean and comfortable. View from the atrium is beautiful. Steps down to a stunning stretch of beach. We were there when war with Iran broke out and the safe room was well equipped and comfortable. In these difficult circumstances the staff did all they could to help us.

I love this hotel. The staff are truly lovely to deal with, the accommodations are right on the beach, clean, feels like home. It's not the most lavish, but definitely luxurious enough. It is the most "feels like home" hotel. Sunsets on the water are spectacular. Close proximity to great restaurants.

We stayed at the Okeanos Herbert Samuel for 8 night in early June and had a spacious comfortable room with great pool facilities and breakfast. We loved the calm atmosphere and location to the beach. When the war broke out the staff went above and beyond expectations making sure we had everything we needed and were all amazing in what was a very stressful time. The shelter on ground floor felt very safe and comfortable despite the number of time we went there. Limor and her team were exceptional and we can not thank them enough for all the support during a very difficult time for them all. We will definitely be back again when we next return to Israel in hopefully more peaceful times

Air con not working properly in first room. Took a determined effort to get the hotel staff on duty to acknowledge the issue before eventually moving us to a room where the air con was ok. Attitude problem! 2nd room comfortable & quiet. Pool area ok but spoilt by over loud house music blaring. If the idea was to dissuade guests from staying too long it worked brilliantly. Only one towel per person allocated, had to collect from reception. Decent breakfast and complimentary cakes all day in the lower lobby area.

From beginning to end our stay was exceptional. Ganit who checked us in took incredible care of us throughout our trip. She always had a smile and treated us like family. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and beautiful. The pool area was magnificent and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Hertzelia again.

Very inconvenient place for disable / elderly people. No parking . No bell boy . You can’t even get to the Entrance with a car. We got an extremely narrow room that we could hardly walk in to.

The location is spectacular and eating breakfast with this view every morning was wonderful and delicious! The hotel is undergoing renovation so the current condition as of Feb 2025, which was a bit worn, will be refreshed in the coming months. The top floors are already being renovated. Recommended!

Ilana at the front desk is kind, lovely and gave many great recommendations. The who hotel is spotless and airy. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful and faces the Mediterranean Sea. The pool is clean and has conviennent access to the beach. The rooms have a sea view and great amenities- mini fridge and Nespresso machine.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Par contre, les omelettes et œufs au plat sont ratés. Les chambres sont petites, mais le nettoyage est irréprochable. Le personnel d’entretien, originaire d’Asie, est très sympathique et souriant. Le parking est payant : 65 NIS par jour. Ce n’est pas annoncé à la réservation. Ça devrait l’être. Côté piscine, il y a un vrai problème d’accueil. Le Shabbat, un gardien filtre l’entrée avec l’amabilité d’un gardien de prison. Mieux vaut éviter la piscine ce jour-là. Les parasols sont vétustes. J’ai vu deux chutes de parasol pendant mon séjour. Le maître-nageur était plus occupé à manger sa salade cuite et ses œufs qu’à surveiller. Il intervient lentement en cas d’incident. Point positif : une zone de détente face à la piscine, avec café, eau fraîche et petits snacks à disposition. En résumé : bon emplacement, ménage impeccable, mais l’hôtel doit revoir l’accueil à la piscine et être transparent sur le coût du parking dès la réservation.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in Junior Room 304, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge, and there was more than enough room for a family of three or four to be comfortable. The welcome amenities were a wonderful touch. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, and the in-room coffee maker with coffee pods was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. The selection was extensive, the quality of the food was outstanding, and there was something for everyone. It was far beyond what we expected. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of loungers and lots of space to relax. There’s also a separate baby pool, which is perfect for families with young children. The hotel offers quick and easy access to the beach, making it an ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Parking is available in the underground parkade for 65 shekels per day (subject to availability). You’ll receive a remote for access, and you simply pay each day in advance to reserve your space. Overall, this hotel was exceptional in every way. We would recommend it without hesitation—110%!

Nous etions 3 couples d"amis et 3 chambres differentes en equipement. nous avions chambre simple sans balcon. La plus belle chambre etait une suite avec double balcon. reservation ensemble au meme prix. Petite deception
