The Lofts on Indian Point - Near Silver Dollar City

Pool was inoperable

First, we were surprised to not find a kitchenette. The description did not explicitly state there would be, but the called it a “Studio”. That implies there is a kitchenette. Instead, it was just a standard hotel suite except for the larger refrigerator. That was a small apartment size refrigerator. The bed sagged and was a little lumpy. I wound up having to buy an air mattress to sleep on to save my back. The bathroom was fine except the water pressure caused the water shoot through the head too strong. Our stay was Memorial Day weekend, the start of summer season and their pool had major issues and was out of service. The room was spacious. The internet was very high speed, which made for very pleasant streaming tv viewing, since the facility does not have cable or satellite tv. There is no office on the site.

Nice clean room w/ a balcony. Balcony is semi-private (divided but shared w/ one other room). Seating on balcony is very cheap/flimsy. Noise does travel a bit through this place. Wi-fi speed is more than adequate for TV Streaming. Keypad door locks and thermostat controls were difficult to figure out (directions would have been nice). We noticed a pool wasn't listed on property details, but was seen in photos... Don't assume..LOL the pool is Out Of Service. Very close to Silver dollar city, and a small convenience store.

Room was clean, parking was excellent, checking in/out was super easy, A/C was cold, location is great.

I loved the easy check-in and quick, responsive communication from Nichole. Access with key code was simple, instructioms clear, parking excellent. I didn't care much for the view of the out-of-service pool, but I was a last minute booking and I got what I got. I LOVED that we could not hear the a/c kick on and off all night. The area around the property is quiet; however, we has neighbors that kept their tv on all night. We used a travel fan for white noise, but I could still hear it. Some better insulation between rooms would be nice. The bed was just like mine so I found it comfortable. I loved the size of the fridge and freezer. You don't see that much these days. I also appreciated the black makeup removal towel. Very clean and simple decor and spacious. Pickles the cat is the star of the property. The one thing I was dissatisfied about was that the USB ports in both lamps did not work and we couldn't charge phones. A suggestion for improvement would be to install an outlet at the coffee bar. I plugged the maker in inside the bathroom, which is not ideal. Also, throw in some stir sticks. Loved the coffee, creamer and sweetener selection. And who doesn't love a welcome York Peppermint Patty and comfy throw blanket on arrival? We live close, but would definitely stay again for a weekend getaway.

The space is very clean. You could tell that the pool hadn’t been used for a while. It would have been very nice to be able to jump in on these 90 degree days

It was gorgeous. The only thing that could have been better was the pool being filled.

This place was amazing very clean the bed was comfy. The pool wasn't functional while we were there which we weren't made aware of but otherwise wonderful place to stay.

It sagged painfully (in my case) and was a little lumpy. I wound up having to buy an air mattress to sleep on to save my back. The bathroom was fine although my wife complained about the shower head. Neither the water valve nor shower head were flow adjustable and the water pressure though shower head stung her skin. Our stay was Memorial Day weekend, the start of summer season and their pool had major issues and was out of service. The room was spacious. The internet was very high speed, which made for very pleasant streaming tv viewing, since the facility does not have cable or satellite tv. The second or third night of our six night stay, there was a tornado warning at about 4:00 am. We had no idea where to. Fortunately, a tornado did happen and the next day I called to check where the shelter was. There is no office on the site.

The swimming area was very gross. Not sure of the problem. Room was severely overpriced for size and location…No more booking online in this area!!!

It could have been a little cleaner. Enjoyed the room being so close to Silver Dollar City. It was very quiet at night, but we did come during the week to miss the weekend traffic. We could have used a little more shampoo and conditioner for the room, but we made due.

Clean room, very modern looking and great view out back. Super sweet kitty that hangs out around the property and loves scratches. Had a little trouble maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room. My early morning shower was chilly even at the hottest setting, but the bathroom sink still had super hot water. Still enjoyed our stay.

The room was ok, the positives were the amount of light that the room had so it didn’t feel like a dingy old hotel room, and it was nicely updated. Negatives were the single light switch in the bathroom that turned on the light and Boeing 787 known as a vent fan, super loud and realistically was highly inefficient. The room as a whole felt humid the whole time even when the A/C was on. The room also had an off smell, wasn’t necessarily “bad” but my kids related it to their hamster food. Lastly, it was mostly clean other than a piece of cereal in one of the beds. Was hopeful to find a consistent one night stay close to Silver Dollar City, the search continues.

The room was great. The service was great for having online check in, the room felt like one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes. Why? Look at the pictures. It’s a great little room with cute decorations and the right amount of function-ability. 10/10

Cute room for a little get away, very clean!

This was close to SDC but lots of bugs/spiders in room. Bed was not comfortable at all and AC unit didn’t get very cold. The location is excellent, however.

Everything was great. The only problem was that the bed was too soft. We would sink towards the middle of the bed.

Room was great. We'd stay again. Unfortunately you never know who you’ll room next to, the guys next to us were super loud all through the night. That was the only issue with stay. But obviously that doesn't reflect on the property. They can't control rude people. Thank you

It was a great location.However the air conditioner struggled to keep up and it was very humid and damp in the room. There was a sign posted saying we couldn't lower it than 72 degrees or it would freeze up.

The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed (fridge/freezer, extra blankets, 50" TV). The location was extremely convenient, being about 2 minutes from Silver Dollar City and less than 10 minutes from the main strip. The only caution I would provide is the intense water pressure of the shower. I opted to not wash my face in the shower if that's any indication of how strong it is.

It was so nice! I loved the room, the location is very close to marinas and docks, and super close to Silver Dollar City. Great decor, great shower, great location. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors but that's just part of community staying so it wasn't anything that bothered our stay. We did miss out on seeing Pickles the cat but hoping for that perk next time!

This a decent place to stay. Location was excellent! Only problem is the air conditioning in room. There was a note that we couldn't set it below 72 or it would freeze up. It felt musty and humid in the room. Our clothing felt damp.

Nicole was super nice. Check-in was so easy. The room was so bright, fresh and could not have been cleaner. The beds were super comfortable and the area so quiet sleep was not a problem. Will be staying there again next time we are in Branson!

I am extremely frustrated with the check-in process. My family and I traveled to Branson for my son’s tournament, and I never received the email with check-in details. On the way down, I called the provided number, but only reached voicemail. We assumed there would be assistance available upon arrival, but to our surprise, there was none. After hours of driving with tired children in the car, I was forced to pay for another hotel. Expedia did a great job handling the matter, but the check in process does need to change.

We've stayed at The Loft at Indiana Point twice and really like the no hassle check in and it's Very Clean.

The room was great. The service was great for having online check in, the room felt like one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes. Why? Look at the pictures. It’s a great little room with cute decorations and the right amount of function-ability. 10/10

This is a hidden gem!! Room was clean, clean, clean. Deco was update, and room air worked amazing for a hot July day. Almost close enough to SDC to walk and park right in front of your room. The only downside would be no pool and no free breakfast. We were not in need of either so this was perfect for our 1 night stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice property to stay in for a couple days while we explored the Branson area. It's very close to Silver Dollar City, which we did not experience on this visit, but it would be a great place to stay for anyone who plans to go to SDC.
