Please! Do not stay here. Heed my warning. No matter the “ok” reviews like I fell for. Arrived at 730pm. Walked into the door for the lobby. An Indian man came out barefoot. Barely speaking English. Glass partition you could barely hear what he was saying. I had a dog and told him I needed to pay the fee. He said I could only pay cash for the fee, even though I had paid for the room through the hotels.com app. I had to go to an ATM to get the 20 cash. Homeless people begging at every corner. Not a good part of town to say the least. I get the cash, go in and give it to him. I get no receipt, just a room key. He says I only have a room in back on first floor. I get in my car to drive to the back. AND YOU CANT DRIVE BACK THERE. You have to park out front with barely any light, and walk to the back of the hotel with NO LIGHTING. He told me he had nothing else, and refused to refund me. I never stepped foot in assigned room. This hotel is not safe! Please do your self a favor and pass on this one!
