This hotel is not at all family friendly although I booked to come with my children as we were visiting a friend nearby. Whilst the duty manager was extremely helpful and kind, the bouncer on the pub door was incredibly rude and agressive in front of my children. The pub is incredibly loud until 12.30am making it impossible to sleep and they only had one pair of earplugs. Be warned. .it's not a place for sleeping.

Lovely hideaway. Clean, comfortable and modern. Close to all amenities Only problem was we were sat above a noisy pub with live music which didn’t finish until its 2pm closure

The room was really nice and clean, the staff were fantastic and friendly, the spicy bag bar snack was excellent
