Breakfast was amazing a lot of food

The staff — especially one outstanding front desk employee named Mat — genuinely saved this stay. She went above and beyond throughout my 5 days, and honestly the hotel doesn't deserve her. The property itself is clean and well-maintained compared to many others in the area. However, the issues were significant. WiFi was broken for my entire 5-day stay and never fixed, forcing me to burn through my mobile data. The electricity breaker tripped twice — once while I was mid-shower, leaving me standing in the dark with no staff to help, since the front desk closes at 9pm. No 24/7 staff is a dealbreaker for a hotel — that's the whole point of choosing a hotel over an Airbnb. When I messaged the hotel through the Hotels.com platform, they were slow to respond and largely indifferent to the problems I was experiencing. For a tourist destination like Ko Samet in 2026, this is not acceptable.

Tout était ok mais très bruyant le soir avec un groupe qui a fait bcp de bruit le premier soir. Le petit déjeuner est correct, manque des yaourts pour être mieux. En revanche laisser les plats en pleine chaleur de 8h à 12h avec beaucoup beaucoup de mouches cela m'a profondément choqué. J'ai d'ailleurs été malade à cause des fruits .
