Everything was as we expected, except there was no Traeger grill as advertised. I used the BBQ, but it was really in need of a cleaning on the drip pan. I most definitely would stay again.

This duplex was perfect for my dog competition. The duplex was spacious, very comfortable and the fenced deck and yard area for the dog was very much appreciated. The kitchen was equipped well and enjoyed having a garage area to feed the dog away from the kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Really enjoyed my stay. Hope to return should I have another competition in Reedsport. Heather was delightful to work with. Martha

We really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Duplex and will definitely choose this location again when in the area. It is centrally located to lots of different activities that my family enjoyed on our vacation. Quick access to the beach, dunes, crabbing, fishing, hiking and lots of other outdoor activities. The binder with restaurant ideas was great as we like to support local places when traveling. The house is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean when we arrived and extra necessities on hand to use. One of the best parts is having a fenced backyard for our dogs-very much appreciated! Perfect fit for our family of 4 and we look forward to our next visit.

We were a family of four traveling south along the Oregon Coast and searching for a place to call 'home'. The Salty Duplex was indeed just that! So many things to love about this accommodation: ~quiet ~clean ~private access to fenced outdoor area ~SUPER comfortable beds ~kitchen was very well stocked (and the tea and hot cocoa welcome on a cool evening) We would definitely stay in this accommodation again when traveling through the area!

King bed was comfy, queen bed, not so much. Low water pressure, and it took a while for the hot water to come out of the faucets, but all in all, it was a very nice place to stay. The outdoor propane fire pit was nice.

This is a very comfy property. It was sparkling clean and they had everything to make for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to this location. My only small critique is that rather than place a hold on my card for damages, they charge a large deposit to your card (the largest I have ever seen, and not a hold). I travel frequently and have not experienced this before. It was not a huge problem for me but it could be a problem for others. It would not stop me from staying again though.

The home was very clean. Looked like new flooring. The small yard in back was very nice. We had some problems with connecting the TV to the internet but most likely user error! Heather was very responsive to all communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a very nice stay and the accommodations were perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (which is not always true with a VRBO). Communication with owner was prompt and friendly. We will plan another stay here in the future.

This was the absolute easiest house to reserve that I’ve ever rented!! Everything was SOO convenient! You couldn’t ask for better. Also the house was in GREAT shape!! We enjoyed every minute we were there!

We stayed at the Salty Duplex for one night while passing through the area. We had a very comfortable stay with cozy beds and a kitchen that is stocked with everything and more than could have ever needed. Be aware that while the listing says that it sleeps 6 there are only two beds and an air mattress. We hadn’t noticed that in the listing and it worked for us since our kids don’t mind the floor, but 6 adults may not be as comfortable. The communication with the property manager was smooth and we always received a prompt and helpful response.
We stayed at the Salty Duplex for one night while passing through the area. It was my first VRBO and let me tell ya Heather the host took a lot of the stress out of process. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable even if we had a couple more guests with us. I will definitely be booking it again when we go back to the Dunes

Heather was a wonderful host and the house and amenities were very nice. For some reason the VRBO software glitched and the check in email didn’t go out. Heather gave me all the pertinent info to find the house and gain entry. It’s a very comfortable stay in an area where the motel choices are not optimal. Thanks Heather.

This was the absolute easiest house to reserve that I’ve ever rented!! Everything was SOO convenient! You couldn’t ask for better. Also the house was in GREAT shape!! We enjoyed every minute we were there!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Duplex and will definitely choose this location again when in the area. It is centrally located to lots of different activities that my family enjoyed on our vacation. Quick access to the beach, dunes, crabbing, fishing, hiking and lots of other outdoor activities. The binder with restaurant ideas was great as we like to support local places when traveling. The house is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean when we arrived and extra necessities on hand to use. One of the best parts is having a fenced backyard for our dogs-very much appreciated! Perfect fit for our family of 4 and we look forward to our next visit.

We were a family of four traveling south along the Oregon Coast and searching for a place to call 'home'. The Salty Duplex was indeed just that! So many things to love about this accommodation: ~quiet ~clean ~private access to fenced outdoor area ~SUPER comfortable beds ~kitchen was very well stocked (and the tea and hot cocoa welcome on a cool evening) We would definitely stay in this accommodation again when traveling through the area!

Very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Location was great. We were able to drive to california redwoods for a day, we went to crater lake another day. Lots around to do, places to eat, etc.

Heather was a wonderful host and the house and amenities were very nice. For some reason the VRBO software glitched and the check in email didn’t go out. Heather gave me all the pertinent info to find the house and gain entry. It’s a very comfortable stay in an area where the motel choices are not optimal. Thanks Heather.

We enjoyed our stay, although too short!Everything was clean, neat and fully stocked as stated in the listing. The fenced dog yard was a huge plus!I Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Central Coast area.Heather was excellent to communicate with and very prompt!Thank You

Loved this place. Heather is a very responsive host. They were really on the ball even with a quick repair that needed to be completed as we checked into the duplex. Impressive. Pet friendly without pet odor. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms nice, everything clean, kitchen fully stocked. Definitely recommend. Why go to a hotel when you can support small business owners? 10/10, we would absolutely stay again.Our dog was obsessed with the pig toy too. lol. Thank you so much for the fabulous stay! It’s in close proximity to so many activities.
