Staying at Literatium Hotel was an exceptional experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly aligned with the historic charm of Mompox, offering both comfort and authenticity. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service. Marta and Anthony went far beyond what one would normally expect from hotel staff. Their attention to detail, genuine warmth, and constant willingness to help made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. Whether it was anticipating our needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, or resolving requests with speed and kindness, they consistently went above and beyond. It is rare to encounter hospitality that feels this sincere and personal. Thanks to Marta and Anthony, our stay was seamless, relaxing, and memorable in the best possible way.
