My experience so far is not as I expected, the room, microwave, floor, carpets and air conditioning were not cleaned. Dust around the room, bed skirt dirty with food, dog food inside the air conditioner. That we ended up cleaning everything to feel comfortable. When I was checking out of the room and taking my things and items out of the room, the maid came to take things out of the room and rush me out, it was disrespectful and in very bad taste since I made a complaint earlier while I was in the room and they told me that they were going to come by to fix it and they didn't. I am very upset and I wish the last time I was there it wasn't like that, there was a lot of noise and not very nice people causing problems in that designated area when it was a quiet and quiet place Sit down and clean if I am very upset and they don't even answer the messages that are written in the app Pay more attention to the customer and have the most aggressive area in cleanliness and order. It is also unprofessional to kick out the tenant if they are removing their belongings. Be more respectful to your customers as it is not at all ethical for most.
