Property is in top-notch condition, newly renovated, excellent air-conditioning. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Conveniently located about seven minutes from the metro in a safe and quiet neighborhood. About 15 minutes walk from the best Paris flea market, held on Saturdays and Sundays, if you’re into that kind of thing. We had a great stay all around. Will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends.

No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y no lo informan previo a la reserva. Julio en Parus fue horrible quedarse allí. No se podía dormir. La vecindad es muy ruidosa día y noche. Nos quedamos 4 noches y no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación todos los días. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno buffet muy rico y abundante.

On the hottest weekend in Paris (30+). The air conditioning in the hotel broke. This made our stay very unpleasant unfortunately. Our room was a sauna. There was no fan or arrangement to make up for the AC breaking. We were told the morning of our check in with no time to find other accommodations. Other than this, the hotel was clean and well located and had real charm. I would stay again if they had AC during the summer.

It was an okay choice for what is a very expensive city to stay in. The location is pretty convenient as it's close to a couple of metro stations, and plenty of food options and a supermarket nearby. We were in the family room on the ground floor which was very basic. The accessible shower left water all over the floor so you'd need to be very careful if you had toddlers or young children in there as the floor stays wet and slippery afterwards. The curtain rod fell out of the wall when we got there and wasn't fixed for a couple of days, waking us up in the middle of the night when it fell down again. We had to ask for hot water for tea as there's no kettle in the room either. They also make you leave your key at the front desk every time you go out, which I found super strange. If you can afford it, I'd suggest finding somewhere a little nicer to stay. But if you're just looking for a basic bed, this will fit the bill.

Wonderful charming hotel. 2nd time I have stayed there. Once in 2022 and now just again in 2025. My only negative comment is that they need to improve their hot water shower pressure.

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge i förhållande till Metron. Är på tågluff och behövde närhet till linje 4 för förflyttning mellan Gare Est och Gare Montparnasse. Kommer att besöka detta hotell vid bästa besök i Paris. Det enda som inte stämde med beskrivningen av hotellet gällde baren. Det finns ingen.

Small Hotel on the outer part of the 14th in Paris. Except for a few ants in the bathroom that we noticed on our last day, they look renovated and very clean. The room in general looks old-fashioned but clean, you still need to leave the key at the front desk when you go out as they don't use the key cards yet. Staff were mostly nice. We are low maintenance, independent travelers so we hardly ever ask for anything from them but at least they greeted and smiled everytime we saw them. Location is good, with public transportation available near by. Metro, bus, tram, anything just 5 minutes or less on foot. So if you just want a place to sleep and get ready for your day, this is a good place.

A great place to rest after a long day in Paris with the crowd. Very clean , quiet and safe. It was my 2sd stay there and i must say every time i booked Simona was there to welcome me . Thank you so much for your professionalism and your kindness and for my cashmere jumper that you kindly keep for a year until i return to the hotel . See you again next year :)

They said they only have one family room in their hotel. The room is next to the kitchen and their office. Lots of noises in the early morning. Lots of dirty bag of towels and debris in the narrow hallway to the room. There is only a thin curtain to the bathroom. Bathroom smells like sewage / moody once you enter the room. The cleaning staff used one of our toothbrush to clean something that is very noticeable on the tooth brush.

It is the second time in this hotel in less than 3 months. The first time was a very good experience, the second time Sep,20 to Sep,22 my room was smelling bad (probably coming from the toilet), few electricity sockets were not working, lights on the bedside were not functioning properly, and the environment was quite noisy late night.

Pros: Great location in a safe neighborhood close to train and many nice local shops/restaurants. Day time staff was extremely nice. Room was clean and bed was relatively comfy. Cons: The Room was much smaller than shown on the images. It was advertised as being sound proof but I could literally hear my neighbors talking in the next room. You have to give your room key to the front desk staff every time you leave and they lock the front door at night. There were times when I had to wait for staff to come back to the desk before getting my key and going to my room. The night staff is rather unfriendly and made a comment about me returning late? Overall: the room was tidy, functional and reasonably priced. But I wouldn't stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Excellent hot showers. Good Wi-Fi. Close to everything we needed. Safe area, even late at night walking home from the metro or bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok. Recommend spending your euros at a nice cafe instead.

Too much rug deodorizer if you have allergies. Found it quaint and charming until they cannot be reached and have not returned a significant security deposit they charged before we arrived. Both front desk staff Simona and Maury promised would be returned upon check out. It’s been 4 days and emails keep bouncing back. Expedia.ca. Please help us.

I stayed at this hotel second time now after 2 year's. Has everything what you need. Affordable price even for the Olympics games during the week. Easy access to transportation and quick. The staff was really nice. Very flexible with your need, they will try their best to accommodate you and feel good. I will stay again next time. Recommended!

Property is in top-notch condition, newly renovated, excellent air-conditioning. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Conveniently located about seven minutes from the metro in a safe and quiet neighborhood. About 15 minutes walk from the best Paris flea market, held on Saturdays and Sundays, if you’re into that kind of thing. We had a great stay all around. Will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends.

Pros: Great location in a safe neighborhood close to train and many nice local shops/restaurants. Day time staff was extremely nice. Room was clean and bed was relatively comfy. Cons: The Room was much smaller than shown on the images. It was advertised as being sound proof but I could literally hear my neighbors talking in the next room. You have to give your room key to the front desk staff every time you leave and they lock the front door at night. There were times when I had to wait for staff to come back to the desk before getting my key and going to my room. The night staff is rather unfriendly and made a comment about me returning late? Overall: the room was tidy, functional and reasonably priced. But I wouldn't stay here again.

No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y no lo informan previo a la reserva. Julio en Parus fue horrible quedarse allí. No se podía dormir. La vecindad es muy ruidosa día y noche. Nos quedamos 4 noches y no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación todos los días. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno buffet muy rico y abundante.

Breakfast was ok, the room it self needs maintenance, the place is ok for a couple of nights. When Income back to Paris again I will look for other options.

Hôtel situé aux abords très calmes. Le personnel est très accueillant, rien à redire. L'aspect de la chambre et salle-de-bains très propres et bien entretenues... c'est à signaler sur Paris....Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Just outstanding! The staff were very gracious, the hôtel older and well maintained. Genteel. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet superior. Great neighborhood and great hotel. Just perfect for a long weekend. Highly recommended.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Excellent hot showers. Good Wi-Fi. Close to everything we needed. Safe area, even late at night walking home from the metro or bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok. Recommend spending your euros at a nice cafe instead.

I am extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my reservation. When I arrived, I was suddenly told there had been a “mistake” with my booking and that the hotel had booked another hotel for me. Before my arrival, nobody contacted me by phone or email to explain the situation. The reception staff then sent me to the other hotel. Based on what I was told, I naturally understood that I would stay there for the entire duration of my booking. At no point was it clearly explained to me that I would have to return to the original hotel. I was travelling for business and attending an exhibition. Having to change hotels during a business trip is exactly the kind of disruption I expect a professional hotel to prevent, especially when the problem was caused by the hotel and not by the guest. While I was at the exhibition, I then received an email informing me that I needed to move back to the original hotel because they apparently did not intend to cover my full stay at the replacement hotel. This meant packing again, changing hotels again, and reorganising my business trip because of their booking problem. What makes the situation worse is the way the hotel has subsequently handled the complaint and rejecting to pay the full amount for the night. Guests cannot reasonably be expected to move back and forth between hotels because of their own fault. Avoid this hotel!
